Great place to spend just a weekend; it is tranquil and safe. Services could be better. I can't understand how the restaurant and the bar are opposite the pool area. It doesn't make ant sense.

We arrived and checked in. I was led to believe by Expedia that the hotel was in/near Tequisquiapan, however it was nearly 1/2 hr away. It was beside a busy highway and across the street from a mall, not the quiet resort I expected. There was a large wedding going on and the 12 piece mariachi band played in front of our window. Music from the wedding reception room played. The staff were cordial but unsympathetic. We checked out less than 1/2 hr later and no refund was offered.
