"Lovely room and we had a balcony as well. As we were on top floor there was an outdoor seating area as well which was lovely. Also free tea, coffee, hot chocolate from the machine on our floor. The lift was not working when we were there and they carried our bags to and from our room which was nice. They even gave us a partial refund for the lift not working. I book hotels with lifts for my husband who can not do stairs very well, so we had to organise our going out times a bit more. However it not detract from our stay. Would stay again."

"Our stay at Swiss-Belsuites was absolutely unforgettable. We had a stunning view of Lake Wakatipu, and it was so mesmerizing that we honestly didn’t want to leave the room. Watching the lake from our window was an experience on its own—peaceful, magical, and unforgettable.
Everything about our stay was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. It was a perfect combination of comfort, beauty, and great hospitality. We truly loved our stay and would highly recommend it."
