Decent stay

We stay at this place and had a mixed experience. We didn’t receive enough instructions for the self check-in beforehand. The staff was not around at all to provide any help when we needed it. However, the room was clean and well equipped enough. The back yard area is cute. We enjoyed the fact we could do our laundry there.

We found the property easily google maps took us to outside the door. And we got a parking space. Entered the B&B and had an issue to what room was ours as there were no keys but then we found the room with the key in it as we had a classic room but were given the loft room , presume an upgrade (which was very cute rustic quirky and novel ) Loads of space for the two of us and the bed was very comfortable It was a quick 20 minutes from the airport served our purposes as a base for the night . Location felt very safe

When you arrived, it’s a long block of house in a small street where many car pass around… noisy but when you open the door of the house hotel it’s wow, beautiful stone on the wall, small patio… the room is big, clean, ok for 1 or 2 nights but I won’t spend more times.

It would be a nice rustic apartment but it’s very run down. First thing that hits you when you walk in is the smell of moldy basement. The ac looks like it’s 50 years old , it’s dirty and barely blows air. There are yellow streaks on the bathroom walls and rust on metal fixtures. Bathroom door doesn’t fully close. Fridge door is covered in rust. No shampoo or shower gel. No electric or stove kettle to make the tea. No paper towels in the kitchen. Leaking pipes under the sink. Leaking AC. Smelly head board of the bed which we had to drape with blankets.

Mysigt boende och väldigt skön säng. Men det står att frukost finns tillgängligt och det stämde inte. Fick information om att det fanns en bit bort. Tyvärr det var inget att ha, kaffe fanns men ingen smörgås.

La chambre double était très bien, propre et assez spacieuse. La salle de bain était également convenable. La chambre donnait sur une route assez fréquentée donc un peu bruyant. Pas possible de dormir avec cette fenêtre ouverte. Mais sinon c’était très bien.

La struttura è molto carina. Purtroppo non sono stati attenti alla pulizia.. abbiamo trovato dei capelli nel bagno e il pavimento della stanza non era pulito. Lo scarico della doccia non funziona bene e al nostro arrivo di sera la stanza era fredda.

Ok für eine Nacht (im Moment)

Positiv: Lage ausserhalb von Cagliari auf dem Weg nach Osten. Schön, wie auf den Bildern. Es ist sehr gemütlich und der Innenhof läd zum verweilen auf. Negativ: Leider hat es ein paar Mackel, die der Besitzer sehr einfach beseitigen könnte. wir hatten das Zimmer im ersten Stock, links. Ein guter Schlaf ist leider unmöglich, die Matratze ist schon sehr durchgelegen. Zumindenst für Leute, wie mich, die nicht einfach einschlafen können. Meinem Mann machte es nichts aus, der kann sogar im stehen schlafen. Dann um etwa 2 Uhr früh fängt ein Hund zu jaulen und bellen, was nach 2 Std von den anderen Nachbarn mit Schreien versucht worden ist zu beenden. Mit Erfolg, aber angenehm ist anders…Klodeckel war leider „locker“, auch einfach zu beseitigen, da muss die Putzfrau einfach nur was sagen…. In der Dusche ist beim Wasser anmachen sofort die obere Massagedüse abgefallen. An der Wasserarmatur im Waschbecken fehlt eine Abdeckung. Insektengitter zerrissen und hängen gelassen. Es kommt in die Jahre aber wäre wirklich sehr einfach in Schuss zu halten. Parken ist keine einfache Sache. Um 19 uhr vielleicht ja, um 23 Uhr sucht man schon länger und auch weiter (mehr als 3min von der Unterkunft) Wenn die Kleinigkeiten repariert werden und die Matratze ersetzt wird, ist es wieder ein Juwel.

Due notti per lavoro fuori stagione

Quando pernotto anche per lavoro, preferisci strutture B&B a gestione familiare piuttosto che a freddi hotel impersonali. Questo è ciò che trovi all'Annina.... purtroppo fuori stagione w con condizioni meteo sfavorevoli hanno creato qualche problema alla struttura che si trovava in fase di manutenzione. Peccato per la mancanza anche di posto auto riservato. Il tutto comunque compensato dalla grande disponibilità della geatione che fa di tutto per poterti mettere a tuo agio.

Bonjour, nous avons fait une réservation le 30 novembre pour deux nuits (1 et 2/11) au Anninnia BB, 32, via Nazionale, Quartuccia. Nous avons reçu une confirmation dans la journée. Nous avons attendu plus de deux heures cet après-midi devant la porte, il n'y avait personne. Le numéro de téléphone indiqué ne fonctionne pas. Résultat, nous avons du trouver un autre hébergement en catastrophe dans Cagliari. Et nous avons déjà payé ces deux nuits que le site nous dit non remboursable. C'est inadmissible. Nous avons fait un courrier au service client, le soir même sans réponse à ce jour. Nous n'avons pu contacter contacter personne pour savoir ce que l'on devait faire. Je ne recommanderais donc cet B and B à personne.

Presi in giro sostituendo le camere!

Solito problema comune troppe volte: il cliente viene preso in giro. Ho prenotato le due camere più belle al 1° piano con soppalco e mi vengono rifilate due camere al piano terra (che sul sito costano la metà), dicendomi anche che sono migliori, come se il cliente fosse scemo! La struttura è carina e la colazione curata, i dettagli hanno tutte le carte in regola per emergere rispetto a tante strutture intorno, ma alla fine si rovina tutto prendendo in giro il cliente e pensando di essere furbi! Si noti che le camere non vengono rifatte. Dovrò tornare a Cagliari parecchie volte a breve e ho prenotato in una struttura vicina che mi ha fatto vedere le camere e garantito che mi riserverà quelle.

Très bel accueil. Logement avec une jolie décoration, bien entretenu, chambre spacieuse et lit super confortable. Possibilité de se garer facilement et gratuitement à proximité (étant éloigné de Cagliari de 15min, il vaut mieux être véhiculé). De plus le petit déjeuner est vraiment super.

Amazing

Amazing! One of the best accommodation we’ve been so far in Italy. Everything is so authentic. The room is a charm. The courtyard is extremely beautiful and has so much attention to details. I was surprised to find out no designer was involved in decorating this place. It’s all the imagination of the owner: hats down. The breakfast was more than perfect. Everyday I had different kind of eggs. Last morning it was just spectacular: it had a touch of a Michelin Star restaurant. Highly recommended! It’s hard to review another hotel, after this one, in this vacation.
