"First of all the hotel is not perfect. But, in last 9 years we have been there roughly 10-11 times. So, we like it. It's compact, quiet and comfortable for a vacation with children. City of Zalakaros is small and very nice place in a beautiful nature. They are organizing many programs during the whole year, to feel you better and enjoy your holiday there. You will find activities in the surrounding by walk or by bike. Balaton is just a short trip by car. "

"Frühstück war soweit ok, den Kaffee konnte man nicht trinken und wenn man Cappuccino haben wollte kostet es extra. Heizung war nicht an und kein Monteur in der Nähe, also blieb es kalt. Ganz frech war, das sie die Unterkunft schon 1 Tag vorher abgebucht haben ohne uns Bescheid zu sagen und am Abreise Tag nochmals. Wir würden stark überlegen ob wir da nochmals übernachten würden. "Beim Check in stand kein Behindertenparklatz zur Verfügung und man hätte vom anderen Parkplatz als schwer Gehbehinderter 36 Stufen oder mehrere hundert Meter gehen müssen. Erst nach Androhung dass wir nicht einchecken wurde für einen Parkplatz gesorgt. Massagetermine wurden falsch eingetragen, sodass statt 6 nur 2 Massagen gemacht werden konnten. Whirlpool war nicht in Betrieb. Hotel ist komplett renovierungsbedürftig. Abdeckung von den Heizkörperverbauten fehlt, alles voll Spinnweben. Teppich...
