The location of the property is away from all the traffic drama. But ocean front was kind of bogus. False information. Had to go to playa Hermosa swimming. Cause the property lacks the ocean water for swimming. It's too shallow and when the tide is low you have to walk like half mile. Through mud like beach. Know before you go.

Since you arrive the securities are nice and welcoming. They guide you to the front desk . The staff is friendly and makes you feel welcome. The room was clean and loved the amenities. They have everything for kids to enjoy the beach and the pool . The pools are big. The atmosphere is quiet and feels safe .

Our experience at Laguna Shore Beach was disappointing. When we arrived, the electricity was out. We spoke with other guests who had already been staying there for two days, and they told us the electricity had been out for those two days as well. It was extremely hot without power, although thankfully the electricity eventually came back on during our stay. Another major disappointment was the beach. The property is advertised as having access to a private beach, but the beach was not what we expected at all. There was essentially no swimmable water near the shoreline. You would have had to walk very far out just to reach actual water, and the area near the shore had a very unpleasant smell. We specifically chose this location expecting to be able to enjoy the beach, so finding out that we really couldn’t swim or enjoy the water near the property was frustrating. Between arriving to no electricity in the heat and the condition of the beach, the experience did not match what we expected based on how the property was advertised. I’m glad the electricity eventually came back on, but I think future guests should be aware of these issues before booking, especially if having convenient access to a swimmable beach is an important part of their trip.

Things that I did not like is to much rules for enjoy the swimming pool . Many people do not follow the rules and no body enforce the rules . also we need music to enjoy it . The prices for the food or beverages is high.

Terrible experience. They sell it as a luxury stay but don’t even have the essentials such as water and electricity. A place this nice MUST have a power backup when they have problems with electricity and water. The property is a nice secluded and private one with a big pool that wasn’t working properly and other several smalls pools if i remember correctly from what the receptionist told me. The sea is a TOTAL SCAM! I just stayed one day but that was more than enough to never go back to that place! During that day/night I never saw the sea getting close to the beach as advertised! The beach stinks terrible! The worst beach I’ve ever been to. The property is nice but it’s just been advertised incorrectly, a SCAM basically. The reception did tell me that there was no power since 3pm but it came back around 10:30 pm. What really disappointed me was knowing that they were having this problem for days (according to other tenants/tourists), yet the lady said it was just that one day and SHE didn’t told us there was not running water. I couldn’t even shower. I had enough that I ended up leaving hours before the check out because of how terrible the experience was. Literally the worst experience! The house is nice like I said but it felt like a SCAM because they advertised it as a luxurious stay but it’s not even close to that. The little water it had sticks too. It’s a property with huge potential though. There were 2 roaches by the way. The little wasted it had was salty & stinky.
