CHEAP ROOM

The room was fair enough but the phone in the room did not work and there was no refrigerator.That was an issue because I`m diabetic and I need to keep my meds cool.I was able to get a cooler from the store and fill it with ice, that took care of that problem. The TV control did not work but they replaced it after I took it back to the front desk. If you`re looking for a cheap clean room this is a good place to consider. I will not be my first choice next time in Penasco but it did the job this time around.

Do NOT stay here

We do NOT recommend this so-called "hotel". This was a motel at best, and that's a stretch. There were no in-room amenities, the shower head was horrible, and blasts you water to the point that you feel like you're drowning, and can't be adjusted. The shower leaks out into the very small bathroom leaving the floor flooded, so getting up to use the bathroom during the night leaves your feet soaked. The bed was just a top mattress on a concrete base. Surprisingly, that wasn't horrible, but still not what we were expecting. Someone (the maid?) left a small bag of weed on the desk. We threw it away. The window in the bathroom doesn't lock. Basically, take everything the online description says and toss it. This was not a good stay.

el hotel es economico y en eso estamos consiente pero alberca demasiado sucia no hay seguridad en ningun momento no respetan la area de fumadores, fuman donde sea la gente la alberca duro dos dias con un bote de soda adentro

We liked. Restaurant is very good. Best omelettes. Beds need to be improved. Back got sore. Not enuf outlets, so we used our extension cord. Shower soap dish is gone. Need to replace the magnetizer for the door keys. We made one or two trips each day for new keys so we could get in the room. They have taxis that are reliable near the front desk. Once the cell phone fell out in the cab & the hotel called the driver, who drove right back & returned it. Good service & friendly.

Me agrado el buffete de desayuno. :) Y no me agrado que el agua de los aparatos del aire acondicionado se riega por los pasillos y se tornan resbalosos, ya me andaba cayendo, es una situación de riesgo que ocupan atender para evitar accidentes :(

Just ok

Stay was just enough. Needed a bed and shower which were both provided. The hotel ran out of towels and we had to use our towels to soak up water leaking from air conditioner into room. Had to use a clean t-shirt to dry off after shower. No bueno!

the rooms were dirty at the time of check in, they take the dirty towels and they do not bring clean towels and the office staff do not know how to do their work, we were a group and we occupied 5 rooms and only one was ready and in another room it was the mattress with urine and another was without sheets and my daughter had to put them on and another room was the bed full of semen, very bad service.

Staff were friendly and helpful. I had trouble with my door, a staff quickly saw this and offered me help. With an almost run away grandson, she helped me corral the kid and gain entry to the room.
