"They put my family facing a wall instead of a ocean view where there was rooms open but I guess you get what you pay and they wanted a tip for using the WiFi when it says free pool wasn’t clean beware of that"

"Total disappointment!!! Hotel was extremely outdated! Everything looked musty. When we arrived the first room they assigned to us smelled like pee!! And had flies everywhere!! Puerto peñasco in general is so overrated and overpriced !! We cut our trip a day short!! Do no recommend!!"
