A wonderful place with beautiful landscapes! The service from all the staff was phenomenal—Javiera, the receptionist, Maria, the waitress, and the chefs, who cooked exquisite meals. Highly recommended! The week we spent at the hotel was unforgettable. The room cleanliness was excellent, the fireplace in each room was super cozy, and the landscapes were breathtaking and unforgettable. We will be back soon!

This property has the potential to hit top mark. However the kindness of the staff and the magnificent location -although extremely remote- cannot make up for everything. A very poor wifi - that the absence of tv makes even more painful- the absence of laundry and an overall lack of good maintenance of the place and appliances in general makes it a tiny bit too bohemian to my test. This being said, I loved my stay at the Hacienda!

Très bonne étape de détente, manque de chauffage

Très bon accueil. Cadre magnifique. Chambre spacieuse et claire avec une superbe vue sur le lac et les montagnes environnantes. Bonne restauration. Nous avons rencontré un problème : les radiateurs étaient arrêtés, de même que dans le restaurant. Il y avait un poêle à bois qu'il fallait alimenter toutes les heures. Le gérant et toute son équipe ont fait le maximum pour régler le problème mais, après que le gérant ait eu son boss au téléphone, nous avons compris que c'était une volonté du propriétaire de l'établissement.

Hacienda Tres Lagos is in a beautiful location and had a pretty large estate with very many facilities. Unfortunately, the whole complex is a bit dated and they seem to struggle to maintain it all. Offering half as many things done really well would be much better. If you expect a luxurious hotel experience you'll be disappointed but if you come for the nature and want to stay in a comfortable place with pretty good food (for the region) you should be well served here. The staff seem to be changing with the season, with some staff members only in town for a few weeks so the food might vary in quality. We really liked the many animals roaming freely around the big estate but that does come with the odd pile of horse dung here and there :). Our room was very comfortable, spacious and had a good view of the lake. Although the staff was very friendly and helpful, we paid upfront a significant amount for a Christmas Gala dinner which was promised to be slow-roasted lamb on a fire (a speciality from Patagonia) which was then changed last minute for the salmon you can get everyday (at a much lower cost). They actually visibly prepared the lamb the whole day but actually the staff ate it instead in front of the guests! This was quite a surreal experience for Christmas Eve with no explanation or apology.

Muy lindo lugar.

1.- Habiamos hecho una reserva con varios meses de anticipacion, cancelamos y el dia que llegamos al hotel pareciera que no nos estaban esperando. La habitacion no estaba calefaccionada y no tenian cena para darnos porque no habia nadie en el hotel. 2.- La calefaccion era una lucha, siempre habia que pedir que nos prendan las estufas o el hogar a leña.
