"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and it's no wonder it's considered one of the best on the island. The attention to detail was stunning, from the spacious rooms with comfy beds and balconies overlooking the pool, gardens, or Mount Teide, to their amazing jellyfish tank and collection of colourful parrots. The breakfast buffet was extensive, and while dinner offered a delicious a la carte menu with generous portions, vegans/vegetarians might find the options a bit limited after a few days....

"The property is well maintained and very clean. The rooms are cleaned daily and the towels changed each day . The area is safe to move around and the restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. I loved that the supermarket was only 2mins away and open until 9/ 10pm in the evenings. A great experience, lovely location, friendly staff and always willing to help."

"The hotel is starting to show its age and will need to be renovated soon if it is to remain a good place to stay. The staff are pleasant and cleaners do a good job but it is difficult to hide the need for refurbishment. Rooftop pool is quite small but very pleasant with an amazing view. The sunbeds look to be quite new so hopefully the pool tiles will be renewed as well before long. Well-placed for restaurants, shopping & beach. Easy walk to the newer part of town. I would love to stay there...

"Bien pour un 3 étoiles, mais n'en mérite pas 4. Le restaurant en sous-sol surprend, pas de frigo dans les chambres et le simple vitrage ne stoppe pas les bruits de l'océan quand celui-ci est déchaîné, je présume qu'il en est de même côté rue, heureusement les travaux de la piscine municipale sont en phase de finition et n'apportent plus de nuisances. Vous êtes à 10 mn à pied du centre et de tous ses restaurants. "
