Beautiful location and friendly staff
The situation of the hotel is amazing. Just across the water from the main harbour so you can only get there by water taxi. We loved sitting at the restaurant terrace watching all the marine life swimming by. You can also jump into the water by the hotel and go for a swim if you want to cool off. The staff are all so helpful and friendly, we couldn’t fault the service we received. Overall we would certainly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Puerto Ayora.

We stayed 1 night and really liked it! The staff were friendly, rooms clean and airy with lots of light coming in, the food in the hotel restaurant delicious and we specifically enjoyed that we could watch the sharks and seals whilst having dinner, as it’s so close by the water!

Property is well maintained and away from mainland. Only thing I didn’t like was paying for water taxi to come and go from the property.

Stunning location and property. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms beautiful overlooking the water. It is away from the center of Puerto Ayora so need to take a water taxi there. Completely worth it!

Nice waterfront hotel
Very nice hotel in Puerto Ayora. Enjoyed watching the sea life from the restaurant. Easy access to town with water taxi ($1). Enjoyed the 2 mile walk to Tortuga Bay - amazing beach. Also an easy walk to the Darwin Center.

Nice stay
Enjoyed our stay there. Required water taxi from passenger pier but was easy to catch. Felt safe on location. Restaurant was very nice and breakfast was good. Bed was on the firmer side. Laundry was available and fairly reasonably priced. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

We absolutely loved angermeyer. This was our favorite hotel during our stay. A few things we learned during our visit - We decided on doing a land visit instead of a cruise. - The hotel set up a few snorkeling excursions for us while on this island- definitely do this in advanced. And check the boat. Some have air/ some don't. -The Inn breakfast was amazing. 5star! It was a warm breakfast -Staff was over the top -We dined here twice as the food was so good compared to Santa Cruz. -Santa Cruz was our least favorite island to visit but the ANGERmeyer was our favorite stay! Thank you!

This hotel is amazing. The location is ideal, marine iguanas visit the restaurant and swim past. Great transport to the town, 5 mins away with water taxi. Food was great. Staff very helpful. Rooms small but comfortable and with great views over the bay. This was wonderful

Beautiful hotel right on the bay. The restaurant in front had super food and the manager was very helpful and printed documents for our day trip… we wish we could have stayed longer!

The location was right on the water with water taxis always available to go across the bay to town. The food was excellent, and the employees went out of their way to make you comfortable and happy! There were baby sharks swimming in the water every night while you ate dinner. Just an amazing place!

Beautiful property with a stunning view of the harbor. A quick water taxi ride to the Puerto Ayora dock gives you access to restaurants and dive shops. Ronald and the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Would highly recommend the Angermeyer Waterfront Inn.

Magnifique hotel
Superbe emplacement ;il faut prendre un bateau taxi du port :80 cents par passage mais l'endroit est magnifique avec accès direct après à la plage de los allemanes et las grietas. Réservez une chambre avec vue mer ,cela vaut le coup. Le restaurant est très agréable,cher pour l'Equateur 20 € le plat mais très bon et recherché et quel bonheur de voir passer à quelques mètres au diner des tortues ,petits requins ...Dépaysement garanti.le personnel est très gentil et serviable ,bon petit déjeuner inclus.

Really friendly hotel w fantastic view over thewat
We slept 2 adults and 2 kids in the Mockingbird room, which was great. The staff here are amazingly friendly, especially Erica. It is very close to a small beach and walking distance to Las Grietas. We would come back!

A sweet spot to take it all in.
Stayed 3 nights November 2017. A very comfortable hotel a short and enjoyable water taxi away from the main pier. Great views of the harbor and a small beach a short shaded walk away were among the highlights of this well maintained property. Plenty of crabs, iguanas and finches on the grounds and the semi-isolation of being away from the main drag was especially appreciated at night. Staff were very nice and helpful, and I highly recommend the Angermeyer for those visiting Santa Cruz.

Waterfront , very comfortable
Great service from reception . Stayed at a standard room (Media Luna) which is on the smaller side but the view is great from its balcony . Breakfast is great . Get a table by the waterfront to have a relaxing time . Downside : need to take a water taxi to get to town (2 minute ride , $0.80-$1)

Hotel with good location and views, mediocre food
Over all had a decent experience. The hotel is located across from the main town so you need to take a water taxi in and out of the hotel. No big deal if you are young, might get tricky if you are older. The people greeting you are very nice The room was very small but clean. good views of the bay. Bathroom had a decent size and was clean as well. The hotel does not offer anything for you to do on the Galapagos. they don't even rent kayaks or snorkels. Had to go to the hotel next door to get this items. The views of the restaurant are very good and with luck you can spot some wildlife there. The waitress on the restaurant was clueless and semi-rude. I ordered fried calamari for lunch and it was tasteless. I thought to give the restaurant at dinner, we ordered two different kinds of lobster. One Grilled and one o with some sauce. They both came out grilled and over cooked. The also Ignored our request of sides. We never ate there again except for breakfast which was good over all. Over all is a good hotel, would skip the restaurant though.

Excelente opción para hospedarse en Puerto Ayora.
Es un hotel limpio, las habitaciones son grandes, es excelente la ubicación, el desayuno y la cocina son buenos. Quizás le falte algo de mantenimiento. Situados en el contexto de Puerto Ayora, es un excelente hotel. Lo mejor es la atención del personal, siempre dispuestos a resolver cualquier inquietud.

El desayuno buffet no tenia mas que dos tipos de frutas, no es un desayuno completo como se decia en la reserva. El hotel no cuenta con piscina, deberia tenerla
