"too croudy. the restaurant was crowdy & noisy. the staf were not able to refill the food . sometime you cant find cups& tea spoon. they didnt renew the placement', .i talked with the manager of the reception, he done nothing. bad experience"

"Three nights at the hotel were very nice. The hotel is situated right at the Poprad River. It offers a variety of great spa activities and treatments. The restaurant is very good, the breakfast was wonderful. There are lots of opportunities for activities nearby. Our room was not big, but cozy and clean. There is a railway line about 50 metres from the hotel, so if you have a dog's sleep ask for a room with the river view."

"I do like the structure, those enclosed bridges allowing you to enjoy the view is really amazing. Customer service was nice to us, after informing Small suites, no too much space between bed/sofa and wall. if you are there in summer time and you need a bit warmer room please let the front desk know in advance and they will make it happen, I didn’t do it and later when I tried to request it was difficult to get a hold with front desk since phones in rooms doesn’t work and my special communication...
