"Nice Hotel but not five star. Rooms in main hotel are probably five star but we stayed in building next door. hotel restaurant was excellent. Reception and service was unorganised. Not so happy and several errors and delayed check in. A bit annoying that I couldn’t book extra night for 140 EUR. Instead I had to pay 240 Eur at hotels.com! Only place room was available. "

Reception was supposed to be open until 9pm but when we returned with keys to the hotel bikes (€9 a day) at 8.45, it seemed long since deserted. "Die Lage ist traumhaft, einfach zum genießen. Ein kleinen Wermutstropfen gab es. Am Abreistag ( 10.00 Uhr CheckOut) klopfte schon um 9.00 Uhr die Reinigungskraft und wollte ins Zimmer. Frühstück lt. Infoblatt bis 10.30 Uhr. Als wir alles fertig im Auto verpackt hatten und zum Frühstück kamen genau 10.00 Uhr war das Buffet schon abgeräumt. Die Mädels bauten zwar alles schnell wieder auf und Entschuldigten sich aber trotzdem ein blödes Gefühl. "

Es fehlte die hotelübliche Saunatasche im Zimmer und pro Person wurde nur ein einziges Handtuch, für den Saunabereich, zur Verfügung gestellt. (Üblicherweise sind es zwei Handtücher.) Es lagen zwei unterschiedliche Sorten Bademäntel im Zimmer (einer hatte ein Muster und war rau, wie Sandpapier/ der andere war ohne Muster und hatte weicheren Stoff). Der Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns auch während einer medizinischen Notsituation jederzeit geholfen, Taxis organisiert und auch außerhalb der Essenszeiten noch etwas zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Betten waren für uns zwar sehr unbequem, jedoch wurde sofort als wir das gemeldet haben Abhilfe geschaffen. "
