Room was spacious and beautiful. Location is perfect if you are headed to the castle. Beer spa is just ok. I would have given 5 stars if the room had AC.

The property is incredible inside and the amenities are great. The spa is about £70, I booked the beer spa but it wasnt very relaxing with a horrible noise that ruined the experience.

The location is very close to major Old Town attractions. It is 5 5-minute walk from the tram stops 22 and 23. Getting around is easy. However, there is not much in immediate proximity. I had an issue with my room, and the reception team and management quickly moved me to a better one. The reception ladies were very friendly and responsive. A few things to know about the establishment: 1. There is no daily housekeeping. It is on demand. If needed, the staff will respond quickly. 2. There are no toiletries, a hair dryer, etc. in the room. 3. The towels are hand towels, and there are no bath (large towels). 4. There is free home-made beer :-)

Nice property, disinterested staff. No one around after check in. Only stayed 2 nights and my room wasn’t cleaned after the first night, no explanation and toilet paper or re and coffee replenished. No one around or phone in room to ask either. Nice place, shame about the staff and lack of service.
