Great apartment in the middle of Prague.

Great apartment in the heart of Prague. Great location. two minutes walk to the famous clock. Many opportunities for dining in the area. All the main attractions are within walking distance. The apartment was great and modern. The kitchen is very well equipped.

Great stay

Our stay in Prague was very nice. The accommodation was amazing. Plenty of space to spread out. Our check in was a bit disjointed. The person at the desk seemed miserable to be working. We were able to store our luggage while waiting for room so that was nice. There is alley access to the check in desk so it’s a bit difficult to locate. The neighbor apartment was a heavy smoker and parties, but thankfully the expanse of the room allowed us to limit the noise and aroma. This place is in a superior location for experiencing all Prague has to offer! Highly recommend!

Very helpful staff at check in. A little hard to find at first but so is most places in the heart of old town Prague. Very spacious rooms. And no harrassment about checking out exactly at 10am which was nice. In fact it was the reason I booked two additional nights at the hotel.

The property is in an excellent location in Old Town, right near the square and many tourist attractions. Lots of restaurants and shops. The property was more like an apartment rental than a hotel. Staff only there 10am-3pm, no housekeeping, and you get a code for all doors which sometimes was hard to work. Also, the elevator was broken so we had to bring our luggage up 3 floors.

Absolutely fine for the price. Met our needs. Check in door codes did not work. Shower assembly fell off the wall. No barrier between shower and the bathroom so that the entire bathroom gets wet when you shower. Insufficient number of towels and pillows but great location and spacious. No staff on site.

The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and quiet. However, there were no instructions for the washing machine and it took a long time to figure out how to work it and we gave up on how to turn it off. Also we were looking for transportation assistance from the office and they didn't open the office on time. Also the car service they booked for us didn't show up at the airport.

Let’s start with The Cons: The entrance to the hotel is where the smokers from Hooters hang out so if you’re going in or coming out, you will get smoked. The noise if you want that cool night while you sleep, is horrendous from all the party goers on the street and the garbage trucks come at 11PM. There’s also a smell coming from the bathroom, kinda like raw sewage. There’s inadequate cooking pots or pans. And room cleaning is extra. We stayed for 12 nights so we had to keep the room clean. Be care with the shower floor, it is very slippery without any anti-slip mat. The Pros: IT IS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. Everything is walkable. The bed is comfy. There’s a budget restaurant downstairs that serves great food and beer. Not sure if I will stay in this hotel again. The smell is off putting unless you get scented candles like we did. And I don’t why the smokers have the smoking right in front of the exit door. I give it the 4 stars for the location.

Fantastic apartment in centre of city

Stayed for 5 nights mid-February in the Exclusive Apartment, 1 Bedroom, Terrace, City View. Check-in was done in advance of arrival and a code to access the apartment was provided upon completion. This went smoothly and we had no issues with the code. Didn't meet any staff in person but they were quick and helpful when contracted through hotels.com messages. The apartment is in a great location right next to the old town square and major sights. Very easy to locate. Our apartment was on the 5th floor and thankfully there is an elevator and it was working. It only went up to the 4th floor, so we did have to walk the last flight but this was not an issue. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable, with everything you require for short or longer stays (we were huge fans of the coffee machine). The room was a comfortable temperature in February although I can see this being an issue in the summer (there was a fan and an old looking AC-unit but we can't comment on their effectiveness). The view was nice from some of the windows, but the view from the terrace was restricted. The only minor issue we encountered was noise. You will hear street noise which is to be expected and this will be worse at weekends. We didn't mind this as much, however we were woken each day by church bells - again, not too surprising given the location but they are loud and seem to go on forever! We really enjoyed our stay here and would certainly consider it again in future.
