Frühstück ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Bilder im Angebot haben nicht allzu viel mit den Gegebenheiten vor Ort zu tun. Personal ist freundlich und die Lage ist wirklich ausgezeichnet.

Right in the center of Old Town Prague!! The ideal location and the room itself suited our needs give. We were there for a short time. Will note that the draining system is not the best and it took a while for water to go down the sink. But otherwise it was satisfactory

The shower in the room was not cleaned. It was visible hair on the floor and when I got in the shower it was clogged and I lifted it up and it was full of hair. It was also a bad smell coming from the clogged shower. We Also didn’t Get to eat breakfast. There was two women there that gesticulated that we didn’t get to eat there. So we had to go buy breakfast somewhere else. The positive about this hotel is the location. Very central.

Misleading

Room was old and smelled like mildew. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Front desk closes early so you have to use a separate entrance with a key to enter the hotel. Antiquated facilities with creaky floors. Only positive thing is that it is close to Old Town Prague.

Wonderful Hotel In Historic Old Town

Wonderful hotel within walking distance to all the sights. The room with a view was amazing! Also, Peter, at the front desk was very helpful and all the staff speak English. We hope to return some day!

Die Unterkunft ist arg in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratzen sind total durch und man hat das Gefühl auf Holzbrettern zu schlafen. Die Hygiene im gesamten Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das Bad war ebenso dreckig. Der einzig positive Punkt ist, das man sehr Zentral ist und Fußläufig die ganze Altstadt erkunden kann.

Ikke anbefaler dette hotellet!

Rommet nummer 12 var veldig enkelt. Gamle møbler. Både rommet og baderommet manglet ordentlig renhold. Dette er absolutt ikke 4- stjerner hotell! Det var veldig kald på rommet, radiatoren var iskald. Vi ble forkjølet der! Beliggenhet er ok, hyggelige resepsjonister.

Hold deg unna dette hotellet!

Når vi kommet inn på romm 11 ble vi veldig skuffet. Første jeg tenkte at dette rommet har ingenting med 4 stjerner hotell å gjøre. Maks 2 stjerner. Kjedelig og mørkt rommet med skitne vegger, elendig standart. Det var veldig lett å merke at det var dårlig rengjort. Dusjkabinett var skittent! Det var ingen artikler som man forventer å se på 4 stjerner hotell, det var ikke en eneste drikkeglass på rommet! Vi var ekstra uheldig at akkurat når vi kommet skjedd det noen ulykke og vannet i hele hotellet ble stoppet. Konsekvensen var at det var mulig verken bruke toalett eller vaske hendene. Noen timer senere klarte rørleggere å løse problemet men vannet i springen var brunt og kaldt hele kveld. Det andre som sjokkerte oss at i slutten av oktober hadde det ikke vart oppvarming på hotellrommet. Resepsjonisten svarte at de skal skru på varmen kun i begynnelse av november! Det var iskald inne og vi ble forkjølet mens vi sovet! Sengen og madrassen var også elendig! Jeg lurer på om noen må komme for å kontrollere at dette hotellet har noen rettigheter til å kalle seg selv som 4 stjerner hotell! Dette ser ut som svindel! Dette var den verste hotellet som jeg opplevde i løpet av hele mitt reiseliv!

Mattress distress

I would be happy to provide with a better review rating if it wasn’t for the extra 2-3 days it took me to recover from sleeping in that shadow of a mock of a mattress. Not only me, my fit 27 year old son experienced the same problem. If you can forgive that, the location is great as it is the attentive staff. Also easy access to public transportation and delicious in-site breakfast

Es war ein Desaster... 4 sterne Hotel jedoch ohne jegliche komfort... Unhygenisch, unfreundlich und absolut nicht komfortabel... Die Betten sind unbequem und dreckig, die Bettdecken haben uberall flecken gehabt die Kopfkissen waren der massen abgenutzt und dreckig... Ich kann niemanden diesen Hotel empfehlen das einzige positive war das es mitten in altstadt war sonst alles super negativ. Nieeee wieder.

Pleasant stay in the hotel , clean the staff friendly hotel in the Center so we just walked around shops restaurants pleasantly no worries.parking close but limited spaces so need to drive around tight streets little stressful , over all hotel stay good memories.

The room was dirty. We had 3 sleeping arraingments and one of the beds had bloody stains on the sheets. I asked the front desk to alert the houskeeping, which they did. When we came back the beds were made but the same sheets were there. The tables and furniture frames, and inside the clothing cabinet was so much dust I did not have to run a finger. We could see it. My white clothes were dirty from the dust and ai could not wear them. Location is great, but I do not recommend it due to the dirty conditions.

Zimmer war erst 3 Std nach Vereinbarung bezugfertig. Keine Entschuldigung oder sonstiges. Das Zimmer war ok,aber im Bad war die Duschwanne gebrochenen, so dass das Wasser ausgelaufen ist.Die Duschwanne war schon abgesackt,und die Fliesen davor gebrochen und lose und von Wasser unterspült.Parken ist schwierig,man sagte uns vor Ankunft wir soolen ein Parkplatz reservieren. Hben wir auch getan,aber die Reservierung belief sich auf die "Blauen Linien"die überall in der Innenstadt verteilt sind.Also suchen suchen suchen.! Morgens gab es kein Frühstück, weil da irgendwer,der das Frühstück vorbereitet nicht kam.Und es war auchvkein Ansprechpartner vorhandenen. Soviel zum Hotel. Die Lage war super,das war der Oberhammer..
