The apartment is sterile and without character. This in itself isn't a problem for a short stay - it's clean and the check in process is easy. It is, however, extremely noisy - both from the street below, and from music until 2 pm that was so loud it could be in the room with you. It was also incredibly hot. Surely not unusual in Prague at this time of year = it would be easy to have a fan available. It is dynamically overpriced - happily I only booked one night, and am now somewhere more central, more cosy, and quieter.

Long extended weekenend

Ginosi Apartel is an excellent choice for a longer stay. Its a basic hotel room equipped with a small well equipped kitchen and wash machine . We stayed in the junior studio, bedroom separated from the kitchen. Its located in a calm area in Vinoradhy, lots of nice restaurants arounf. 25 mi walk down to old town.

Качество превосходит цену.

Был здесь 2 ночи. 04.12 - 06.12 (30€/1ночь). И это мой самый удачный и неожиданный выбор в плане цены и качества. Получил даже больше чем ожидал. На ресепшине встретила милая девушка знающая русский и смогла заселить на пару часов раньше времени заселения. Квартира: просторная с высокими потолками. Здесь было буквально всё необходимое, что больше всего и порадовало: одноразовые тапочки, шампунь/гель для душа и кондиционер для волос на 2 сутки, кофе в капсулах, сахар, чай и сливки так же на 2 сутки, тарелки, вилки, ложки, ножи, кружки, бокалы, штопор для вина, микроволновка, холодильник, сковородка, электроплита с духовкой, кофемашина для кофе-капсул, утюг, гладильная доска, телевизор, фен, а у друзей, которые заселились в другом номере была ещё и стиралка, у меня не было (но мне и не нужно было). Если когда-то снова приеду в Прагу, то опять выберу эти же апартаменты.

Excelente experiência

O local é genial, possui todos os utensílios de cozinha, máquina de lavar e ainda tinha um sabão disponível. Os produtos de limpeza da cozinha também estavam disponíveis. O único ponto negativo foram as cortinas, achei elas um pouco translúcidas. Foi uma das melhores experiências que tivemos durante nossas viagens. Super recomendo!A localização também é ótima.

Superbe !

Nous avons eu la chance de tomber sur la réceptionniste à notre arrivée car le code de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas, elle a pu régler ce problème sur le moment. L’appartement que nous avons eu était spacieux et très agréable pour y vivre quelques jours ! De plus, l’emplacement est parfait, il y a 2 trams à proximité et nous sommes dans un quartier calme où on peut trouver pleins de petits restaurants et des bars ! Nous avons été ravi de notre séjour !

Чистота и комфорт

Расположение отличное, 15 минут ходьбы от Вацлавской площади. До метро минут 7-10 пешком. Номер очень чистый, уютный, есть всё необходимое. Порадовал тостер, стиральная машина, утюг и кофемашина в номере. И телевизор с вай фаем. За такие деньги просто супер! Теперь будем останавливаться только там:)

Stor och bra lägenhethet med allt som behövs. Superskön säng. Luktade dock avlopp på toaletten så vi fick hålla dörren stängd samt att toalettpapper tog slut under vistelsen men då vi aldrig såg att receptionen var bemannad kunde vi ej få något nytt. Hade ändå kunnat bo här igen om jag besökte Prag igen. Ca 15-20 min promenad in till stan, annars billigt att resa med uber.

Ginosi Elema на Виноградах

Винограды один из лучших и комфортнейших районов для проживания в Праге. Тут и кафе, рестораны, бары через каждые 100 шагов. Следует учитывать время застройки района. Тогда в буржуазной Чехии не скупились. Все здания имеют свое лицо. Обычно фасады чем-то украшены. Внутри тоже пространства много. Тут нет комнат клетушек и туалетов или душей размером со скромный шкаф из ИКЕИ. Например в моих апартах в спальной было три окна. Всё добротно. И комфортно для жизни. И доступность к центру. До Вацлавской площади одна остановка на метро или 12 - 15 минут неспешной прогулки. Отличный район и хорошие апартаменты. Не зря тут селится очень много приезжающих из развитых стран туристов. Они знают толк в выборе мест. Так что no regrets. Советую район для размещения в замечательной красавице Праге.

왜죠?

일단 화장실이 너무 냄새가 났어요. 위치가 중심부에서 먼곳이라 불편한점도 있고 그만큼 조용하긴 했어요. 티비로 유투브 볼 수 있는건 좋았습니다. 체크아웃할때 키를 키박스에 넣어두고 체크아웃 했는데 자꾸 없어졌다고 메일이 와요;;

We spent the week here, the apartment was lovely! Modern, spacious and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We thought having 3 large windows was a great bonus and we loved the artwork on the walls. Staff were friendly and helpful, we had a late flight home and we were able to store our luggage until 6pm; just in time for our taxi to arrive. The location was perfect for us, public transport is a few minutes walk away but we got to everywhere by foot the only exception being the zoo. Thank you for making our second visit to Prague even better than our first.

Wonderful apartment to chillax

Everything to do with this booking was outstanding. We were greeted at the door and taken to reception. Check in was smooth. The apartment was clean and well equipped not to mention spacious. We had everything we needed for making meals, washing clothes, to expresso. The beds were comfortable and the shower hot. It was located in a quiet area. Wifi worked well. Would definitely stay again.

Rigtig godt ophold

Super lejlighed der var dejlig stor, rummelig, og som havde det, man havde brug for. Udover at indtjekningen ikke foregik, som det blev beskrevet, var opholdet alligevel super. Ligger få minutter fra metrostation, og ligger lige ved et sporvognsstop. Kan klart anbefales
