"Sehr gute Lage direkt an der Karslbrücke. Nettes Hotelpersonal, sehr saubere Zimmer. Einen Aufzug gibt es nicht, was für uns nicht weiter schlimm war. Das Frühstück fanden wir sehr gut. Es gab ein kleines Buffet und zusätzlich konnte man sich ein Gericht von der Karte auswählen, welches frisch zubereitet wurde. Eine Anreise mit dem Auto ist möglich. Das Parkhaus ist etwa 12 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt."

"I loved literally everything about this place, including the privacy and location. It's a small hotel with only about eight rooms so it felt very private and cozy. The location is right at the base of Prague Castle, tucked away down a very pretty backstreet which is right near all the best places to walk to in Mala Strana. The staff was also so helpful and nice, especially Jana! I would easily stay here again whenever I return to Prague."

"We stayed here in July 2026 (three business travellers). Two days after checkout — without any notification or consent — the hotel simply helped itself to EUR 1,000 from my credit card for alleged sofa damage. This is outrageous. We did not damage the sofa. We didn't even use it. Not a single word was mentioned at checkout. The photos they sent as so-called "evidence" don't even identify the room or when the damage occurred — completely useless. The actual repair invoice turned out to be only...

"We were three adults and we appreciated having the separate sleeping areas, one of which was in the living room area. The suite was very clean. While there is no air conditioning in the suite, there were fans provided in each room which kept the temperature comfortable enough. Since this is an historical building there is no elevator and we therefore had to use two flights of stairs to get to our room. This was not a problem for us. The Suites are conveniently located on a quiet side street off...
