The continental breakfast was passable, but the atmosphere reminded me of a funeral parlor, very subdued. What I found most annoying was that the parking gate is locked at 10:00 pm and there is no staff on duty until 7:00 am. We parked in the street and used a pin # to get into the hotel. We hadn't planned to return late, but apparently we wasted too much time enjoying our after dinner cafe and underestimated the 1 1/2 hour drive from the Pyrenee's. We arrived at 10:07 pm. Had I known all this, I wouldn't have chosen the Bristol. "

"Hotels.com as well as other booking sites (such as Agoda) indicate that this property has a feww shuttle to the airport. But the property does not have a shuttle let alonne a free one. We had to take a taxi (Euro 45) to get to the airport. If not for the false advertising we would have selected a hotel right next to the airport!"
