More Like a 2-Star Family Resort than Luxe

The hotel has an impressive entrance, a big, winding pool, and access to one of the best beaches in Santo Andre, so it appears high-end, but it's actually more like a 2–star, large volume, all-inclusive family-style resort. The interiors are not high-end, the rooms are austere and very sparsely decorated - no chairs, no sofas, no desk, no luggage stands, the floors are tiled with large, institutional-style glossy white tiles, the bathroom tiles are painted over, and the fixtures are old and very basic. Devoid of charm and character. No channels were available on the TV in my room, and the WiFi was choppy. One afternoon, the power went out for several hours, which happens, but they should have offered some type of compensation to the guests, a free drink or something. That is one of the differences between 4–5-star service and 2-star service. As far as the service, it was bare-bones. The front desk staff were aloof, generally not personable, and at times seemed (oddly) distrustful. Some of the waiters were very friendly and efficient, but most of the wait staff appeared overwhelmed and were not very attentive. The breakfast and dinner buffets were good enough, with several options, but the dining rooms are large, and brightly lit, which made me feel as if I were eating at a high-school cafeteria. I do not recommend the hotel for solo or couples.

Estadia muito boa

Hotel muito bonito, o nosso quarto tinha um ar condicionado muito potente. Poderiam trocar com mais frequencia a roupa de cama e so fomos informados que eles so trocam se pedir no ultimo dia de nossa estadia. o Sinal de internet não pegava direito no quarto ( mas pra nos isso não foi nenhum problema.)

Local paradisíaco!

O local é maravilhoso, a arquitetura do hotel é fantástica e, de modo geral, o atendimento das pessoas é excelente. Entretanto, existem pontos de melhoria! Dentre eles: não possuem serviço de mensageiro (não há como receber uma água mineral no seu quarto, por exemplo); o jantar de cada dia reproduz mais do mesmo e a proteína bovina (carne) é sempre fraldinha; faltam mesa e cadeira nos quartos, até como um apoio para um eventual café da manhã, embora tenha espaço suficiente. Enfim, são pequenos pecados que não alteram, demasiadamente, a percepção de conforto geral.

Hotel para quem procura TRANQUILIDADE, PAZ E AMBIENTE FAMILIAR... É muito agradável, tudo muito bonito, charmoso e o atendimento é espetacular. Todos são muito educados e prestativos. É um ambiente maravilhoso. Os quartos são mais antigos, mas nada que me incomodasse. A alimentação, café e jantar é excelente, muito bem feito e com variedades.
