Bad smell and only cold showers

Positives Clean sheets and towels Friendly owner/manager The breakfast was okay Negatives Horrendous smell throughout most of the property and unfortunately in particular in the area our room was in. Our triple room, which we were forced to take due to being a couple travelling with an enfant, only had two small towels. The bed sheets were exactly the size of the beds, so you'd need to be able to play dead while sleeping in order to avoid ending up directly on filthy madresses. The shower water heater didn't work, so only ice cold showers available. The remote for the air conditioning wasn't working and the tv had one single channel available. Info It's a bit far from most things in Porto Seguro, but it's very close to the airport. You'll need to climb a very steep hill, if you wanna to the walk there though. The hotel has parking, but there is lots of available free street parking right outside the hotel. There are pharmacies and restaurants close to the hotel.

Péssima! Televisão não funciona, internet não funciona, quarto fedido, barulho e não tem ninguém para acessorar. Não queriam me dar mais de uma coberta, tive que insistir pois não iria passar frio. Fui para outro hotel, não indico pra ninguém.

Conforto baixíssimo

Já fui diversas vezes em hotéis em porto seguro e foi a primeira vez que fomos cobrados pra utilizar o estacionamento e cofre. Sem contar que o ar do quarto estava horrível ( não mudava de função) a tv só tinha 2 canais e a cama foi juntada 2 solteiros e a gente sentia a divisão pq só se ultilizou um lençol o que foi horrível pra mim e meu marido.

Adorei minha estadia! O hotel é limpo, confortável e o atendimento foi excelente. A localização é perfeita, com vários restaurantes e uma farmácia por perto. O único ponto negativo é a falta de estacionamento próprio. Fora isso, recomendo muito e voltaria sem dúvidas!

Choveu muito durante o tempo que tivemos hospedados. Entrou água no nosso quarto, a janela fica de frente para rua e não tem grades. Do quarto para o refeitório não tem cobertura. Colchão péssimo, espuma não tem mais sustentação!

A anfitriã foi educada e muito solícita. A limpeza do ambiente deixou a desejar, chegando na estadia havia 2 baratas mortas no quarto em que ficamos. Além disso, tivemos um incoveniente com o som alto na propriedade. Mesmo tendo um aviso de proibição de som em áreas comuns, não se cumpre.

Foi muito bom o atendimento, estrutura boa café da manhã muito bem servido. Só precisão melhorar as camas ,pois a do meu quarto estava em más condições,pedir a troca e foi realizada mais a que veio também não era uma cama confortável... Cama é um ponto muito importante pois viajamos para descansar e não tiver um conforto fica complicado.

Hospedagem bem econômica e com razoável custo-benefício pq as instalações, apesar de limpas, eram bem antigas. Mobiliário bem antigo, colchão muito usado e desconfortável.

Recomendo que fique em outro Hotel.

Péssimo, lixeira com tampa quebrada, Wi-Fi não funcionava no quarto, TV praticamente impossível de assistir a tela ficava branca, torneira pingando e o ar condicionado desligava no meio da noite (várias vezes), além da desorganização da recepção, não faziam muita questão de resolver os problemas, pagamos pelo estacionamento, mas deixaram outro hóspede ocupar a vaga e não pediram para ele retirar nem informaram quem era, nosso carro ficou na rua, foi decepcionante.

Achei razoável. Estacionamento do hotel é na rua e ainda cobram separado 20,00 o dia. Como iria ficar na rua mesmo o veículo deixei meu carro na rua mesmo atrás do hotel. Tem vários bares no fundo, com bastante som alto que não nos deixou dormir. A limpeza é boa, porém tem mil regras espalhadas por todo hotel. Se manchar uma toalha ou lençol tem q pagar por isso. Não pode levar cooler nas dependências do hotel diferente de outros que já fiquei.
