Mto bom hotel fazenda. Fui com minha esposa e 2 filhos. Fiquei no chalé, possui somente ventilador, não senti a necessidade de ar condicionado mas se tivesse seria uma melhoria que aumentaria ainda mais o conforto. Comida estava td mto bom, bastante variedade, noite da pizza, costelão assado, etc. Petiscos servidos na piscina todos os dias que ficamos. Bebidas com preço justo. Recreação e atrações são fantásticas. Equipe sempre mto atenciosa.

Bom, mas pode melhorar.

O hotel é simples, o espaço externo muito bonito, com opções de lazer para toda a família, mas ficam alguns detalhes para quem está levantando opções para uma futura hospedagem. Nos chalés não há ar condicionado, apenas ventilador de teto. Nesse sentido, vale mais à pena ficar nas suítes, que iclusive são bem mais próximas das áreas de convivência do hotel. Outro ponto é a disponibilidade de água para os hóspedes. O frigobar do chalé não é abastecido. É preciso se programar e providenciar uma garrafinha de água para a noite, pois o único local que encontramos com filtro é o restaurante , que fecha a partir das 22h e fica bem afastado dos chalés. Outro ponto diz respeito à segurança das crianças: estivemos hospedados de terça à sexta, e em nenhum dia vimos salva-vidas na área da piscina. A área do lago é grande (e muito bonita) e há placas proibindo nadar e avisando sobre risco de afogamento, mas não há nenhuma outra medida de segurança, pensando que é uma área de passagem e que muitas crianças circulam pelo espaço. Ainda sobre o lago, dos pedalinhos, apenas um estava funcionando. O check-in não pediu nome nem documentação das crianças, tampouco dos hóspedes adultos. Apenas cheguei, preenchi uma ficha protocolar p com meus dados, me entregaram a chave e pediram para que um monitor da recreação que estava próximo apontasse onde era o caminho para os chalés. Não foi dada nenhuma orientação sobre o hotel, espaços e rotina.

Já é a segunda vez que nos hospedamos no Ararita. Gostamos muito de lá, comida boa e variada, funcionários educados, parque de recreação muito bacana. Sugestão: poderiam disponibilizar secador nos quartos e horário do check out no domingo poderia ser as 16, assim as crianças aproveitariam mais tempo. A Vitória do restaurante é muito gentil, nos atendeu super bem
