I had a really good time staying in this hotel. Excellent place with breakfast included, taxis were called whenever I needed one, the hotel staff were all kind, especially Thiago. Excellent service.

Péssima escolha e certamente não retorno ou indico

Não foi boa. Tudo começou na chegada ao hotel, pois não foi possível estacionar na entrada, pois havia um veículo parado no acesso, e não há serviço para as bagagens. Na recepção tivemos que informar novamente todos os dados para checkin, mesmo que já tivéssemos realizado o checkin on Line para facilitar, conforme email recebido da rede de hotéis. Neste momento ainda fomos informados que o estacionamento era terceirizado e que poderia não haver mais vagas disponíveis, o que causou estresse, e caso isso ocorresse seriamos obrigados a procurar outro hotel, com todos os reflexos que isso acarretaria. Mas o descontentamento ainda não havia terminado, pois fomos informados que o frigobar não era abastecido, sendo necessário pegar o que seria consumido (água inclusive) na recepção para levar ao quarto. Enfim, nada previsto e totalmente fora do padrão para um "hotel", na minha concepção, mas talvez aceitável para um HOSTEL.

Localização excelente, roupa de cama bem limpa e cheirosa, chuveiro com boa pressão e água quente. Hotel não disponibiliza toalha de rosto, só de banho, mas isso não desabona a hospedagem. Atendimento na recepção é ágil e educado. Voltaria com certeza.

No geral foi razoável. O grande problema é a acústica. Realmente isso causou muito incômodo. As paredes são muito finas e portas que não vedam quase nada, então é impossível dormir com a movimentação dos hospedes no corredor. Não voltaria a me hospedar por essa razão.
