Good location and quite a large breakfast buffet. The staff are friendly but majority speak no English and having a multilingual staff is part of why I picked the hotel. The wifi is very slow (less than 10Mbps). But the biggest problem is cleanliness - the first room I was assigned had stained sheets so I had to switch rooms. The second morning, my towels were replaced with stained towels. And on my third day, housekeeping completely forgot to clean my room despite my being gone all day.

This was a nice place to stay when arriving late at the airport (POA) before heading home the next day via bus....About 10 minutes away, so no aircraft noise....Friendly staff, nice breakfast....Will definitely stay again one day when visiting the nearby "Mercado Publico", about a 15 minute walk.

Good budget choice, in a so so neighborhood

Friendly staff, good wi-fi , good breakfast buffet. Rooms are on the small side. The area is close to Floresta and Moinhos the vento, but the hotel immediate area is a bit sketchy and everything is closed.

The area is close to the main Bus Station, it´s not nice. The hotel needs to be completely remodeled. The room and bathroom needs update and a better clean services.

Para uma noite, ok. Cama razoavelmente confortável, lençois limpos. Pontos negativos: - tv aberta, nao a cabo. - limpeza do banheiro bem deficiente. Rejuntes sujos e encardidos; bem como o banheiro com cheiro ruim, sem cheiro de limpeza. - quarto razoavelmente limpo, mas limpeza poderia melhorar. Ambiente antigo e desgastado. Cama boa, ar-condicionado funcionando, ap limpo. Um dos abajures não tinha interruptor para ligar e a recepção disse para "desenroscar a lâmpada". Pode ser ajustado isso. Funcionários cordiais e educados, checkin demorado por ter muita gente, porém, desnecessário ter que colocar todos os dados novamente sendo que ao fazer a reserva já tive que dar meus dados. Sugestão de ter um pré-checkin pra agilizar e não ficarmos 20min esperando como aconteceu. Café da manhã bom, porém, tinha muita gente e o hotel não deu conta das reposições. Sabendo da ocupação do final de semana, daria pra ter evitado isso. No mais, tudo certo!
