"Very courteous staff. The reception staff was helpful and kind. The shuttle drivers were prompt and helpful, especially one driver who gave us tips about the Portland airport and asked questions about our stay and mentioned how he hoped we would come back. Very convenient location to the airport. Clean and well-maintained. Also, a great breakfast buffet compared to other hotel chains, and the young people working the area kept the food fresh and stocked regularly."

"I only stayed one night and chose hotel for convenience and shuttle to airport. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the room was cool. I had to take a 4 am shuttle for my flight and had no issues then or the day arrived with shuttle service. I would stay again if in the area."

"The stay was nice, amenities are cool. You still have to pay to get into the thermal springs even if you’re staying but they give a good discount for people who have a room and it’s worth it. Fitness classes are complimentary. The room was pretty small I wasn’t too impressed. It did have a stove top, dishwasher. Washer/dryer all in the room. The worst part is parking. You’re on your own there. You can either get a spot on the side of the street or their small lot that’s usually full for $20 per night. If you pay and leave for a moment to let’s say go eat somewhere you’ll come back hoping there’s a spot left. I’m not sure it’s worth that price per night but it was a pleasant experience."
