"Hotel was great, staff were friendly and always very helpful. Pool was nice and the hotel is a stones throw from the beach. Very quiet location. Could do with a bit more entertainment in the evenings and the veggie options are pretty limited in the evening meals but I would stay here again. "

"So we arrived Saturday early and they had our room available early but we were on 2nd floor and the lift wasn’t working, we told them my husband had a bad leg and back problems and they said the lift would be fixed that day…the lift wasn’t fixed until Tuesday…now if you have mobility problems this hotel is definitely not for you as the pictures show that they have been superimposed as you can’t get out of the hotel to beach or surrounding area unless you tackle quite a few flights of stairs but...

"Hotel in a great location and all staff were lovely. Good size rooms and good choice of food in the restaurant. Pool area was a little bit cramped for the number of hotel guests, wasn't much of a problem for us as the hotel was right on the beach."

"- Lovely locations. - Lovely building. - room could do with double instead of two singles pushed together. - Limited transport links to rest of island. - Limited range of shops for food and other items. - Great beaches."

"Beautiful location, beautiful development, great food, friendly staff. Music too loud for us each evening from 8pm - 11pm, even through closed door in our room. Loads of steps everywhere so help with luggage would’ve been welcome "

"The moment I arrived this place, I couldn't check in. There's no on at the reception, so I had to call the staff. I am from Thailand. I didn't use Spanish SIM card, so that's quite annoying to call the staff out for checking in. The staff couldn't speak English also. Air conditioner was broken, it just blew the warm air out though I adjust the temperature to 16 degree. I told the staff but she seemed to ignore the problem and didn't bother to come check the a/c or sending someone to fix it."
