"Staff are above and beyond to address my request. For example one night there was a heavy rain and I couldn’t get taxi from my app, the hotel staff shelled me to get a cab quickly. Hotel has a nice setting and a beautiful courtyard. Location is convenient and close to the main attraction area. The property is a bit old and has a smell in the room because the window is small and there were a lot of mosquitos in Italy so I couldn’t get rid of the smell. "The staff here goes above and beyond!!! My room assignment faced the street and the was a light on during the first part of the night until 2am and I was concerned because my room was too bright to fall asleep. They made sure to turn it off at an earlier time next day. Great restaurant recommendation as well. "

The host of this beautiful stay in Florence totally changed our impression on Italian people. "We loved Hotel Kraft! My friend and I came to stay for three nights and have said if we were to come again, we would certainly stay here. The staff are so warm, welcoming and helpful. The room was amazing, beautiful balcony, great room amenities 10/10. Loved the rooftop pool which was warm and a dip after a day of walking was much appreciated. Wonderful views of Florence from the rooftop pool and the bar. It was very easy to walk everywhere from the hotel, attractions are around 20 minutes away....

"Not as advertised. As of April 2024 this hotel is listed as having internet on its TVs (netflix, hulu, etc.) both in Expedia and the hilton webpage. A pretty standard amenity in 5 star hotels. This is one of the reasons we chose this hotel, but when we checked in we learned that it doesn't have this in any room. When we showed the receptionist how the listing and our reservation said it included streaming TV they just shrugged. Also the overall quality of the hotel feels more like a 3 or 4...
