All of the staff members I interacted with were professional, efficient, and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet so I slept well. I appreciate the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. That is a huge help. I also appreciate the fact that it is so close to Vision City Mall.

Breakfast was good however the waiters didn’t explain whether it was buffet as it is my first time to stay at this hotel. Communication can be a bit confusing however staff are really good in cleaning down etc..

Overall nice hotel convenient location and very welcoming and friendly staff. On business and having the hotel organise a Taxi was a challenge, not as efficient as other hotels I have stayed. The hotel should consider having a car available for guests to book and pay. Or pre book with a hire company

The hotel looks nice and is very safe. The staff were super friendly and accomdating. When we came to check in our room wasn't ready yet, partly due to us trying to check in early. The front reception staff gave us an access key to get into Vision City to have a look around whilst we waited. The easy access to Vision City is great making it super easy to do a little shopping or to eat out. We had a great view overlooking the John Guise Stadium, the windows were a little dirty but apart from that we had a great stay.

Great stay at the Stanley. Was able to check-in early and use the Executive Lounge which is by far the best in Port Moresby. Room was clean and comfy, staff attentive, and dining options quite good. Definitely staying there again.
