"Nothing like the pictures when we booked. Very shabby accommodation. One indoor very crowded pool and No facilities on site, you have to go int Saumur which is a lovely city. You have to pay extra for bedding . Beds uncomfortable and furniture all very old. Definitely not worth the money. "

"Location is excellent. The room we had was new but very basic. There was no wardrobe, no shelves, no hangers - no place for your luggage at all. No cleaning or changing of towls during the stay. Very expensive for what it was. It turned out at the end of the stay that they apparently did not give us the room we paid for - and we were compensated some for that. People are nice and in general it seems like the try hard - but there is a long way to go for it to be value for money. The pool area was...

"Great value for the quality of room you get at this property. We run into two issues at the hotel but the manager (I believe his name was Yves) handled them very well and left us feeling grateful. He is a class act - thank you!"
