Very well curated and maintained. They thought of the little things that would make the stay more comfortable. The location is a little tricky to get to but you get used to it after the first couple of times. Would like to visit again.

Pros: The room was really clean and nice. The bed is super comfy and such a delight at the end of a long hiking day. And the fireplace is really cozy. The views are really peaceful and you can hear Elwha River from your room. Cons: The rooms have little to no sound proofing between rooms and floors. I could hear my neighbors conversations all throughout the night and sometimes even when they went to the bathroom which was pretty unpleasant. I couldn't sleep much the second night because my new neighbor was walking up and down the stairs and going in and out of his room. And the water line went through our room with no insulation so we could hear every flush...

We had a wonderful stay in the Cedar room. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. They provide a white noise machine and earplugs, and for good reason, the walls aren't very thick, so you can hear the folks in the other room. 🙉We liked having our own bathroom. The fireplace was very cozy!
