Loved the mountains and views!

A great value (transportation and cable pass, spa pass) and excellent location near bus and train services. Great breakfest and friendly staff. Comfortable, quiet, clean room!

Lovely hotel with great staff!

Wonderful stay at the Allegra. Nice location with wonderful staff. Daniella was simply great. Helpful with a positive friendly attitude and all with a smile and a laugh. Will be back to sample the Allegra again.

Hotel Allegra-Pontresina

Our stay at the Allegra was delightful. The staff was welcoming and helpful. They cheerfully and patiently answered our many questions. The room was comfortable and pleasant. The breakfasts were excellent. They provided a number of valuable services, including a pass for local transportation and use of the adjacent spa. If we should ever come back to Pontresina again, we will definitely stay at the Allegra.

Had a most enjoyable two-night stay in Room #311. From the moment we checked in with Susan and Regina until we checked out, we were treated warmly and respectfully, with hospitality and good humor. Room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast is delicious and healthy. Perfect base for exploring the Pontresina-St. Moritz area. Susan and Regina are knowledgeable and helpful, ready to give suggestions and help you plan your day. The travel pass for guests staying 2+ nights is a great benefit. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon!

Great location, walkable to everything you need. The staff are excellent and always ready to help. The manager, Regina, is wonderful and very accommodating. Special thanks to Tamara and Daniella in the front desk who were both so patient to answer our questions with a big smile. The breakfast was excellent and the staff provided great customer service.

Wir wurden pünktlich am Bahnhof Pontresina abgeholt. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer im 4 Stock sind neu und haben begehbare Duschen, perfekt auch für ältere Leute. Das Frühstück hat alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Die Reception hat uns gut beraten und uns Tische in diversen Restaurants reserviert. Das war sehr hilfreich, da gewisse Lokale chronisch ausgebucht sind in Pontresina. Der Access zum Bad und zu den Sprudelbädern hat gut funktioniert. Man muss ein bisschen rausfinden wann es nicht zu viele Leute im Schwimmbad hat. Auch beim reservieren für Pferde kutschen empfiehlt es sich vorher die Reception zu kontaktieren (Ausflug nach Roseg). Das Hotel ist gut geführt und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Auch die Rückfahrt zum Bahnhof hat perfekt geklappt. Kann die Adresse gut weiterempfehlen.

Zentrale Lage, direkter Zugang zu Schwimmbad und Spa, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr umfangreiches und gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Grosses Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht. Verbesserungspotential: individuell regelbare Heizung mit Thermostat im Zimmer wäre sehr wünschenswert.

Preis Leistung gut, vor allem da man Badetherme und Sauna kostenlos benutzen kann. Im Zimmer eine Tasche mit Bademantel, Schlarpen und Badetuch. Schön eingerichtete Zimmer inkl. 3 Kapseln Kaffee, Apfel, Sprudelwasser und einen Muffin. Zentral gelegen. Parkplatzgebühren 5 CHF. Leider kann man nur in der Badewanne duschen und die „Kabine“ nicht zumachen, daher danach Überschwemmung. Frühstück: Leider keine Alternativen an Milch und Brot. Wäre schön wenn Sie noch Hähnchen (leider kein Schweinesser), alternative Milch undKnäckebrot / Zwiback für leichtere Kost anbieten würden. Warme gab es Speck, Rührei und Pancake. Leider lagen die Pamcakes schon ewiges da und waren nicht frisch und haben nicht besonderlich gut geschmeckt. Zum Dessert gab es einen Apfelstreusel und Rührkuchen. Das Frühstücke geht bis um 11:00 Uhr ab 10:30 waren Joghurt Birchermüesli und co. Abgeräumt. Ab 10:45 war das Buffet leer. Dann lieber nur bis 10:00 Uhr offen haben und das so kommunizieren
