"We booked this hotel because of advertised 6 outdoor pools. There are no pools on site. You have to walk to a water park to use their covered pools. It was very crowded and chaotic. Shower in room leaked EVERYWHERE. Hair dryer was making weird noises when tried to use it. Will not be staying in this hotel again."

"We arrived early and were made to sit in the lobby and not allowed to use the pool or restaurant until check in which was 3 hours later (we came early to relax at the pool) The room was clean but the SHEETS WERE DIRTY. The shuttle drove BY when I needed to get to the airport and did not stop. Terrible experience."

"Wow Bruno the host, what a guy! I have to speak of him first. I had only an over night stay but i was meeting a place that didn’t land until 6pm the next day so Bruno allowed me to use the garden an the pool, provided me with a towel an a bathroom to use an even hand delivered me fresh coffee. "Sadly we didn't get to spend much time around the hotel as we had so much planned, however it was in a beautiful setting and the morning continental breakfast was lovely. The family room we booked felt a little tired in places and could do with a little TLC/maintenance just to bring it back up to standard.
