Fantastically equipped and freshly renovated apartment. Beautiful view of Lake Como. The host was very friendly and helped information. The parking hill was a little steep and tight but other than that, the room was fantastic. 20 minute drive to either Como or Bellagio. Toys for the kids to play with and fully equipped kitchen minus a coffee maker. Highly recommended!!!

Lots of bugs in the room on our arrival, living conditions arent ideal (electrical issues in the kitchen, sofas are not comfy, doors to balcony are hard to open). Property is spacious though and offers great views of the lake. Driveway is very difficult to get into, even with a small car and especially if its raining as it it steep, narrow and a sharp bend. There is free parking on the road outside but this is often busy. Our pount of communication via whatsapp was excellent and very helpful and kind

We had a lovely two weeks stay in Perry’s Home. The apartment was well equipped for what we needed. There was a lovely welcome of croissants, cakes, mini mars bars, and a bottle of chilled Prosecco in the fridge!! We were looked after by Alessandro who ensured that our stay was comfortable. The views from the apartment were stunning, with views up, down and across the lake. We had a lovely explore of the area above the apartment which we loved, and came across a Royal route! Similarly, we explored down to the ferry landing at Pognana Lario. There were regular buses to and from Bellagio and Como which took the pressure off driving on the rather narrow roads! The local supermarket was very well equipped, and had lovely friendly staff. It has also been visited by Charles Leclerc!! We would have benefitted with air conditioning during our first week, with constant mid-thirty temperatures, but made good use of the fans!! We had a few issues with water pressure (sometimes no water) but this was dealt with promptly by Alessandro.
