"Brand new hotel - we stayed in early July 2026 about 10 days after it opened. Rooms clean and comfortable - nice breakfast and amazing private beach (deckchair right by the sea). Downsides: Staff members (receptionists) wouldn't make much effort to try and help - even when there was plenty we can do to make our stay more pleasant. Hotel listed as having pool and spa - but these are not currently available though no one bothered to point this out. Rooms are also listed as Kind Bed - but...

"Ich kann das Hotel empfehlen. Sehr nettes Personal und unglaublich aufmerksam und freundlich. Saubere Zimmer, tolles Frühstück (viel unterschiedliches, gefüllte Kraut Taschen Mega), auch hier das Personal sehr hilfsbereit, schöner Pool. Generell sehr schöne Anlage und es gibt einen Tunnel zum Meer. Restaurants in der Nähe, Supermarkt. Man kommt schnell überall hin."

"Overpriced and underwhelming. Several hidden charges, including daily residential taxes, insurance and “service charges” which are not disclosed at check in but which you’re billed for at check out (about €20 extra per each day of my stay). You will also need to pay an additional €8 “delivery charge” for room service which is unheard of. Food at the hotel is also very much overpriced and again, not worth it. The only thing going for this property is the view but any other properties on the bay...

"Beautiful historic restored building. Would recommend staying in over the modern part. Restaurants are expensive and minimum spend of 90 euro at pool restaurant if using pool loungers was annoying."

"Amazing hotel , staff amazing , quality of rooms was excellent . There is major construction outside and it’s very noisy . I contacted Expedia and explained this should be on the website. This is not the hotels fault and they where very simpathetic But there was nothing they could do . The building started at 7 am even on weekends. I would for sure stay again but the building work would need to be completed.👍 "

"The rooms were very spacious and clean. The property was beautiful. A few things to note… The pillows were not down, they were honestly very flat and budget feeling. I didn’t ask for other ones, but I feel like nice pillows should be standard in a 5 star hotel. The beach had a massive shortage of towels (80 towels for a large hotel) people were left waiting an hour or more for clean, fresh towels. "Hotel palma is a lovely hotel. The breakfast is included and has good variety each day. The bathroom amenities are excellent and the decor of sage green was very nice. The rooms are cleaned daily and the housekeeping are so nice and helpful. The facilities of the spa and the private beach are great. The only thing was the bar staff were not very welcoming. "The property really focuses on health and wellness. The food is all nutritious and healthy and a good variety of options for their breakfast. The rooms are fairly large and ours had a pull up bar. They give you water bottles to use and have water dispensers throughout the hotel which was such a nice touch. The gym is one of the nicer hotel gyms I’ve ever seen. If you’re looking to maintain a routine, it’s a great option. The area itself is near a marina but it’s most high mall like shopping....
