Would love to stay here again

Great hotel in the middle of the city. Everything is in walking distance, including gondola to the Christ statue. They also have an amazing buffet breakfast! Can't wait to stay here again.

The hotel was situated in the heart of town. Easy access to downtown.Great views from the balcony.The food was exceptional! The staff was curious and friendly with many of them speaking English.

This property was beautiful. The breakfast was lovely and it delivered exactly what it promised. My only shock was - the rooms did not have any AC due to the historic nature of the building but thankfully the fan that was provided was sufficient for the room. Overall I will visit this hotel again!

People were wonderful, I loved every one, they worked hard, The food was great, breakfast was delicious, wonderful, but would be great if they had a omelette station! problems with my bedding, terribly pillows, and mattresses, I don't understand they don't have vacuums, but everything looks good and clean!

Hotel lindo

O hotel é a coisa mais linda! Muito bem localizado, aliás parece q todo centro da cidade gira em torno do hotel. O quarto q ficamos é bem confortável, cama boa, chuveiro excelente. O café da manhã que deixou um pouco a desejar, sem tantas opções diferentes, tinha bastante bolacha, mas o pão de queijo é delicioso. E o ponto negativo é o estacionamento, que não possui, apenas privativo, e tem q pagar por dia. Meio que a gente é obrigada a aceitar porque não tem espaço ao redor do hotel, é bem movimentado, pelo menos nos dias q ficamos lá.

Para quem gosta de locais históricos

Atendeu as expectativas. Pudemos frequentar a piscina com aguas termais em todos os dias. Aulas de hidroginastica animadas. Fomos avisados de que nao haveria ar condicionsdo mas tivemos sorte pois a temperatura estava agradavel. Café da manha com grande variedade porem pães e bolos não são saborosos. Almoço muito bom a preco justo com destaque para o pudim(delicioso ). Localização excelente.

Hotel clássico no centro de poços de caldas. Parece uma viagem no tempo. Atendimento, alimentação, limpeza e confortos excelentes. Única coisa a melhorar seria estender tempo para almoço e jantar no regime de pensão completa.

Resumo

A estadia foi boa, a equipe do hotel é extremamente atenciosa, as refeições deixaram um pouco a desejar, apesar da fartura eram comidas simples, sem nada mais elaboradas e um tipo de proteína de cada, exemplo um tipo de carne bovina se a pessoa não gostar do molho não tem outra, vai de frango. Preços das bebidas justo. Limpeza excelente tudo muito bem higienizado, toalhas macias e perfumadas, cama e roupas de camas excelentes. Voltaria com certeza.

Não é só uma estadia, é uma experiência!

Em qual outro hotel quase centenário você pode ficar pagando o mesmo que num hotel comum? Eu não conheço! É um privilégio poder pagar num hotel construído nos anos 1930 para a alta sociedade! Uma experiência única. A melhor localização de Poços de Caldas, um prédio histórico e muito bem preservado, com lustres de cristal, pisos originais, piscina com água mineral sulfurosa, quentinha e um ótimo restaurante! Uma ótima vantagem é que o hotel faz uma visita guiada no Cassino, que é fechado ao público. (sujeito a disponibilidade) Estava muito frio durante nossa estadia (5 graus de manhã) então algum tipo de aquecimento teria sido muito bom. E se eles fechassem as janelas no corredor principal, também ajudaria bastante! Para quem viaja com idosos, peça um quarto próximo aos elevadores, pois os corredores são bem longos e meus pais se perdiam! O hotel não tem estacionamento próprio, e o valor do Valet estava R$40,00 por dia. Mas é possível deixar o carro em frente ao hotel à noite e pagar algumas horas de zona azul durante o dia. Como sugestão, seria incrível se eles tivessem serviço de fotografia com roupas de época!

Muito bom, com uma ressalva.

Hotel antigo, bonito e com arquitetura atraente. Quartos bem limpos, organizados e confortáveis. Porém, entre os quartos há uma porta de acesso (certamente por conta do tipo de propriedade que era no passado e, talvez, impossibilidade de fechar > patrimônio tombado <). Se o quarto vizinho tem hóspedes barulhentos (o que foi nosso caso), prepare-se para ouvir todo movimento de lá (eu tive que reclamar na recepção). Ademais está localizado no melhor ponto da cidade, em frente à uma praça top e vários comércios legais.

Atendeu as expectativas. O serviço de estacionamento do hotel deixou um pouco a desejar. No checkout pedimos o nosso carro e ficamos quase uma hora para o veículo chegar. Havia um copo sujo no frigobar quando chegamos ao quarto. Café da manhã excelente e piscina ótima.
