"There was only a couple issues with our stay. It was a standard breakfast so no complaints there, just always looking for "that special thing". The issues: hottub was over chlorinated to the extent we had to get out as it burned our eyes after 10 minutes or so. There were also no towels and when we inquired about this apparently the holiday inn's (across the parking lot) pool was out of order so the two hotels were SHARING THE POOL and per the agreement the Holiday Inn was suppose to be...

"We have stayed at this hotel many times and this year was not the best. Our room was dirty and needed a deep clean. Staff were not as friendly and looked annoyed to be there. Their card reader and printer weren’t working. There were no towels for the pool and when we asked for some, the front desk took our room number and said if we didn’t have all of the towels in our room, they would charge us for missing towels. The breakfast was bland and they didn’t have as much to offer compared to years...
