Not worth the money

Not value for money. The rooms were ok, but nothing more. You would get a better room for the same money in Sweden. Beds quite hard and the interior decoration low quality. Convenient with large parking though, nice service, and the gym was great.

The hotel is a big conference type Hotel located in the outskirts of the city how ever the public transportation is very convenient and take you there to the City Center in approximately 20 minutes. They have a Fantastic pool area how ever it closes rather early at six o'clock in the afternoon, while the sun is still there so you could enjoy it a few hrs more. The personnel in the hotel not super service minded! giving an example.. we wanted to have a cup of coffee in the morning but it was not possible due to the fact that they were serving breakfasts so they could not sell us just one single cup of coffee we had to buy the entire breakfast! Or we could Wait til they have finished The Breakfast at 10:00 then we would be able to buy our cup of coffee??!.

Accident at the pool - staff not interested-shame!

The hotel is very good. The restaurant was excellent Room very nice etc etc etc…. However the swimming pool was a bit of a disaster for us. My wife slipped when walking down the steps into the pool. When we looked closer the reason is simple - and could simply have been avoided. The top step has anti slip vinyl attached - the descending steps also have anti slip vinyl BUT not across the whole step! So if you step down between the anti slip vinyl it is all too easy to slip and fall. My wife did this - although the ‘lifeguard’ did not even look up at the commotion. Too busy on his phone. Even when I called over sarcastically “don’t bother yourself” he didn’t, When we left the pool we went to reception to report this quite serious accident, the concern from receptionist was ZERO. AND THAT WAS THE SUM TOTAL OF THE STAFF CONCERN. So while the hotel itself is very good - I am very disappointed with the attitude of the staff mentioned. The manager can feel free to contact me about this should he decide it is serious enough to at least enquire about the welfare of his/her guests injured on their property.

OK but can be improved

Good place but lots to improve. I paid for parking but since there was a cycling event I could not park in front of the hotel. There were mosquitoes in the room (probably due to the swimming pool and the heat). There is no light switch near the bed, so I have to walk in the darkness to go to bed. Breakfast plates are small.

Good for business & family alike

Arrived at 1:45 PM I've asked if early check in was possible and it was, which was great as we were tired from the journey. Plenty of parking space as well for the guests so no problem there. Lobby was clean and so was the room. Its slightly dated but still up to the modern/business standards, covid wasn't kind to any hotel. There was evening ball-gala event which was a bit louder but the rooms are sound-proofed, so wasn't much of an issue. Breakfast was up to the business and international standards, although it always surprises me, how small juice glasses can each hotel make.

Everything was fine except the following two things: A) The pillows shall be changed - their filling feels like they are 100 years old B) The the bathtop has no glas or curtain - means taking a shower without flooding the bathroom is quite challenging

Wir hatten die Business Suite für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Die Suite war von der größe perfekt. Leider die Schlafcouch bisschen zu kurz für grössere Kinder. Aber für 2 Nächte ok. Es waren an beiden Abenden Veranstaltungen im Hotel. In der Lobby war es laut, qber im Zimmer haben wir davon nichts gehört. Das Frühstück war gut und wurde regelmäßig aufgefüllt. Das Personal war nett und zuvorkommend. Ein Stern abzug für die vollen Parkplätze wegen der Veranstaltung und man trotz vorrauszahlung der Parkgebühr damn doch ausserhalb parken musste.

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Aufgrund der Lautstärke keine Nacht durchgeschlafen und jeden Morgen um 05.30h von Gesprächen anderer Gäste geweckt worden. Viele Reisegruppen im Hotel. Dementsprechend laut. Der Service im Restaurant war nicht hilfsbereit. Die Rezeption konnte mir diesbezüglich auch nicht weiterhelfen. Das Zimmer wurde 1x gar nicht gereinigt.

Hotel basé en périphérie en zone industrielle. Sans vraiment de caractère et un personnel correct mais peu chaleureux. Chambre confortable, propre..lit confortable. Parking pas cher.

Flott hotell

Hadde et fint business rom med eget soverom og en liten kjøkkenkrok i stuen. Romslig bad med boblebadekar. Benyttet oss av bassenget, det og området rundt var rent og fint. Delte ut lån av gratis badehåndklær. Frokosten var gid, ikke noe ekstraordinært men hadde alt vi trengte og mer! Spiste middag i restauranten, her var mat og service veldig bra!

Einfach Super

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es war sauber, die Betten sehr bequem und der Pool hat zum planschen eingeladen! Einfach toll! Das nächste mal in Pilsen, werden wir bestimmt wiederkommen.

Sehr schöne Zimmer. Bad jedoch renovierungsbedürftig. Pool war richtig klasse, das Frühstück wenig abwechslungsreich und der Raum hierfür zu klein. Die Wellness-Area ist super, der Tenniscourt ebenso.
