Small boutique hotel within walking distance of Plymouth sea front.

We stayed for 4 nights at The Village Inn. Robin and Claire were excellent hosts and very helpful about places to visit and to eat. it was a lovely old house, very comfortable with a pleasant garden and sitting rooms. Breakfast freshly cooked by Robin was delicious. We would certainly return.

It was a very nice stay with very nice people around. The breakfast was great and we had a great room.

We highly recommend this lovely Inn as a holiday destination. Centrally located on the Cape with fantastic hosts. The bed linen was so soft with pillows that aid sleep. The breakfasts were so tasty and like a work of art, beautifully presented. We came away feeling relaxed and wanting to return soon. 😁

Its hard to describe how relaxing this place is. Tranquil and calming for a perfect break from the world. Adrian is a fantastic host and chef and cannot do enough for you. Breakfast is amazing - you will not need lunch! Location is a great jumping off point to see all of the Cape and is an excellent base to explore from.

Easy check in, lovely room if a little dark. Huge bed! Lovely sitting room with books and magazines and tea/ coffee making facilities. Breakfast - delicious, beautifully served on little outside area. Very helpful innkeeper. Easy walk to shops and easy drive to beach. Getting to ferry was a piece of cake- stroll to free shuttle bus which is waiting for each ferry return. Great! Lovely base for seeing the Cape. Recommend!

Great sea views and all round a fantastic place to stay. The staff can not do enough for you, the service is exceptional. I loved they had nice wine glasses and fridge access with soft drinks and water available 24/7. This is one of my all time favorite stays the set up works perfectly. Would love to visit again.

Reception staff friendly and very helpful

Great stay. Fantastic location for harbour and Hy-line and eating establishments. Accommodation was excellent and super value for money. The staff bent over backwards to help and support. I wish we’d stayed here longer and bypassed Rhode Island!

Highly recommend this little gem! Fabulous host, clean & well furnished room and all you could possibly need for a comfortable night away from home. Fantastic selection of goodies for breakfast too. Tabitha has literally thought of everything, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
