"We had a pretty good two night stay here whilst visiting friends. The hotel is central and close to all amenities, the arena and places we wanted to visit. "From my first contact at booking, the reservation staff at the Hotel were extremely helpful & I would say they went above & beyond my expectations. I had accessibility requirements & again they went above & beyond to make sure I had an accessible room which made things a lot easier. I had a good nights sleep, breakfast was good, all staff were polite & happy to help & gave me the impression that they cared about the level of service they were providing.
