Close to the park enterence. Not expensive. Near a food market. Very clean. Equipped with a nice kitchen. Easy to go in. We loved it. For as it was perfect but you should remember that it is on the second floor with no elevator.

Good stay in Plitvice Lakes.
Good location, short drive to lakes and restaurants. Supermarket is a 3 minute walk. 2nd floor apartment with steps and no lift. Full amenities but furniture looking a bit tired, but still comfortable. Would stay again.

Très bel appartement dans un petit village 'expérimental' tout à côté du magnifique Parc Plivitce. Nul besoin de voiture pour se lancer à l'exploration, petite randonnée de quelques minutes! Parfait

Bel appartement bien situé
Appartement très bien situé proche de l entrée du parc aussi pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Le ménage pourrait être mieux fait car le four à micro onde n était pas nettoyé, vitres sales. Stay close to the National Park
This apartment is very clean and close to the National Park, and to a market. Having a washing machine was a bonus. A bit hard to find. We are not used the "2nd" floor being up on the third floor. Wondered around town a bit before we went back and searched the building further.

Personne n'était là pour nous accueillir. Nous n'avions qu'un code pour trouver la clé et nous débrouiller seuls. Nous avons tenté plusieurs fois de rejoindre notre contact, il ne répondait pas à nos appels. L'appartement était ordinaire, c'est vieux et vétuste, ça sentait le renfermé et l'humidité, le building est malpropre, aucune lumière le soir pour monter à l'étage. Nous devions rester 2 nuits, nous avons quitté après la 1er nuit. Nous avons voulu aviser le contact à l'hébergement mais encore une fois, aucune réponse de sa part. Aucun service de la part des propriétaires de l'hébergement. Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement.

플리트비체에 숙박은 별로입니다.
비가 엄청나게 쏟아지는 날에 도착해서 스산한 숙박 시설에 도착을 했는데, 건물 내 다른 숙박 업체와 일반인들도 살고 있어서 놀랬고, 건물이 너무 오래되서 좀 무섭고, 어두워서 별로 추천하고 싶지 않습니다. 방 시설은 깨끗했지만 소파는 너무 더럽고, 침대는 소파 침대 같아서 별로였습니다.

All in all it was ok. Room is tight. Room was always overheated despite all windows open and temperature outside cold. A good place to stay and visit the park and falls. Nicholas is a great host.

Lovely & modern
The apartment was very nice, modern and very clean. Also very well equipped. We had no complaints except that the apartments have no lift and we had to carry our suitcases to 3rd floor.

Great location, very comfortable, and reasonably quiet! Smooth check-in process with a nice and communicative host. I think I had the smallest room, but it was plenty spacious and had more than enough, including silverware, coffee, and a washing machine. I wish there had been shampoo provided with the room; otherwise, all amenities were great.

Wonderful view from the terrace! Clean and spacious apartment. If you don't mind walking stairs up and down, this apartment has the best view of Dubrovnik old town. Perfect sunset view can b seen from here. We walked slowly and it took about 20 minutes to the old town. On the way, we enjoyed views and sometimes dropped by a grocery store. I could find a parking spot near the apartment, but it was late October. During the peak seasons, I think it will be tough to find a parking spot.

Great stay, lovely apartment.
The apartment was lovely and clean. Very spacious. On the complex was a shop which was very convenient. It was only a 10 minute walk to the gates of plitvice lakes. The apartment had all the necessities. We would stay here again.

Cosy & comfortable
Although not the best looking building from the outside, the inside is good. Very comfortable apartment and had a good night's sleep.

The host was absolutely wonderful. I never met them, however, we spoke through WhatsApp and they never failed to reply. They helped send me on a wonderful hike through Plitvice. I think, in the summer, you can walk to entrance #2 for the park. For entrance 1, it is a short drive. In short, great location! My only complaint was that it was not that easy to find because the buildongs have weird numbers. The host, though, sorted me out quickly!

Nice 10 minute walk to the lakes.
Not bad at all. The room needed to be dusted but hey we're all humans! The place was very warm, which seems to be an odd thing to mention, but the place was very, very warm. I worked out fine for drying my clothes are the rain but I definitely had to turn off the radiator when I came haha. All in all very nice. I would definitely book it again the next time I visit the lakes.

Our room was perfect for our visit to Plitvice Lakes. We were able to take a trail to Entrance 2. The room was clean. The bathroom was nice. We appreciated the safe and the washing machine. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Muy recomendable apartamento cerca de los lagos
Está perfectamente ubicado cerca de la entrada 2 de los lagos de Plitvice a 15 minutos caminando por caminos bien señalizados entre arboles. En los alrededores hay mucho sitio para aparcamiento y la tienda de alimentación está a 1 minuto caminando. El apartamento es perfecto para una pareja muy cómodo bien reformado, limpio y silencioso. Dispone de una cocina americana con todo lo necesario y los electrodomésticos incluido horno, nevera, lavadora y lavavajillas. El agua caliente y la calefacción funcionan perfectamente. Todo muy bien.

Super clean. Walk 15 to 20 mins to entrance 2. Robni Centar supermarket is just opposite to the apartment. Full equipped kitchen and a balcony with hanging rack. Washer and dishwasher are provided. So i recommend those who visite the plitvicka lake choose this convenient apartment.

뮤키네 저렴한 가격에 좋은 숙소
전반적으로 다 만족합니다. 뮤키네 버스 정류장에서도 걸어서 10분 내로 갈 수 있는 거리에 있습니다. 슈퍼도 바로 근처에 있어서 장보기도 편하고, 당연히 플리트 비체와의 접근성도 좋습니다. 방과 욕실도 깔끔하고, 깨끗합니다. 주변도 조용해서 지내기 편하구요, 와이파이 접속이 살짝 불안정 했지만 큰 불편함은 아니었습니다. 2박 했는데, 다음에 가도 묵고 싶네요. 한 가지 아쉬웠던 점은 아파트먼트라 주인이 계속 상주하지 않아서 전화를 해야했던게 좀 불편했네요. 알고보니 당일에 메일로 언제도착할지 물어봤더라구요, 여행중이라 답을 못했는데, 2~3일 전에 미리 보냈다면 더 원활한 소통이 되었을 것 같습니다.

The apartment itself was superb in a secured section of a much larger building. To get to that section you walk up a stairwell past other apartments that seem less than meticulous. Same is true of the exterior of the building. Of several apartments we’ve stayed in on this trip, the staff was the least engaged/responsive. I received an email inquiring when we would arrive. When I replied there was no acknowledgement. Same when I emailed a bit later to state we were running late. (Maybe it is my fault as I could have been replying to Expedia’s ‘do not reply’ instead of another button on the email - maybe Expedia’s email format could be improved if indeed that was a problem). When we arrrived it took several minutes for a man to tell us that another person was coming. He politely waited until another man came. Neither spoke much English and the arrival/check in was a bit awkward. None of this was a problem but could be unsettling for some travelers. The apartment was excellent in construction and furnishings. We walked into Splitvice, taking 20 minutes on a wooded trail. I thought it was very convenient, but I don’t know the overall entrance procedure options (bus, park?). A bit more detail on directions could be made available in the apartment. Additionally, the park website map shows a pin located about 5 minutes away from where we needed to pay and catch the internal shuttle (perhaps that is the external bus drop off).

It's like a small and really beautiful flat you usually pay rent for. Everything was clean and they were also things you didn't expect to find there like the tablet :) I was really happy with it and I recommend it!
