"The whole place was very huge and very confusing to found the tower where we were staying and there were limited staff around to help. I know (self parking) means self, however, a little help getting from self parking garage back to the hotel safely and accurately will be greatly appreciated."

"Room was good, but they could’ve offered a better experience with the in room coffee. Is it so hard to provide real milk or cream since there’s a refrigerator?? Or more than 1 sugar packet? These are small things that make a difference. We had to go down stairs and buy coffee, only to have an attitude from barista. "

"Stayed in the Dennis Tower. "DON'T" wood furniture so old it had chips where you could get splinters if you didn't pay attention. Opened closet door and could hear the wood cracking. Bathroom was ok had a hole around the sprinkler which looked like work wasn't completed. Toilet handle was hanging off tank had to adjust every time we used until maintenance finally came."
