"Breakfast was good"

"Everything was great. If I was to opine, there were a few spots the cleaners missed on the kitchen floor and under the ottoman. Not a big deal bit something my wife noticed."

"The room was very clean and the staff were super helpful. I will use this place whenever I find myself in Provo."

"Easy access from the hwy, good location. The beds/mattresses are about ready to be replaced."

"Within walking distance to the BYU football stadium. A pretty river runs by the property. There was no parking at the property. We had to park in public parking across the street. The whole hotel is under renovation and should be shut down until the renovations are complete. Everywhere you went on the hotel property was a construction zone. The sheets to the bed were thin and old so I couldn’t even tell if they were clean. There was a huge stain in the middle of the carpet. It grossed me out...

"Great location, great staff good views"

"No real parking for trailers, room had very cheap repairs, shower rod was attached to 2x4s, the swing latch from the door frame was completely broken off. Also the police parked in the lot and started pounding on doors at 2am, I answered my door and they explained that the hotel was a know prostitution hot spot."

Coffee is available. The room shower is the worst part, and it’s not all that bad. The dial is sensitive and it doesn’t look the cleanest, but it works. The few interactions with staff were ok, they were nice Overall, if something better is within your budget range, stay there, but this is an...

"Finding the front door is confusing as it's behind another Marriott property. New hotel, great feel. Easy location off Rt 15"

"Terrible breakfast and the room wasn’t clean."

"Clean"

"Loved the old house and great big bath. Definitely enjoyed our stay. Convenient and Close to airport."

"The staff are doing the best they can with what they have to work with. This place is old and everything needs to be updated. The room was clean, linens good, bed pillows were small, tv was small. Our room smelled like old smoke. I asked the morning clerk if we could change rooms and she could not accommodate us. She was constantly yawning and didn’t seem to motivated. Oisha, the clerk that checked us in the first day was very helpful. The fitness room is small, missing hand weights, and the...
