Tuvimos que comprar el desayuno porque nos dijeron que ya faltaba poquito tiempo para que termine y se tardaban de más en hacerlo. "

"Very noisy and from day one. I noticed the shower 🚿 No water pressure at all. I told the stuff at the front desk. She was Rude and didn't care about it. She told me staying in my own house was always better.? She was so unprofessional and rude. I will never ever stay at this Hotel. I requested couple more pillows and she also didn't care, Rude and unprofessional nasty lady. She works during the day. Evening lady was more nice and polite."

"We loved this spot! It was so clean and the staff was so welcoming! My sister forgot her phone at the OXXO and didn’t realize until we were a mile away so we called the hotel and one of their staff members went to go get it for her! It was so nice of them!"

"Hoteles Único was located within walking distance to great restaurants and the Zona Piel. All staff was helpful and the rooms were clean. Parking was secured and had plenty spaces. Great prices "

"Tthe hotel is new and clean and the staff is wonderful. The price is incomparable. However, it is located in a dangerous area of town so beware to not be walking by yourself outside alone. Also the walls are thin and you can hear everything so if you have loud guests partying you are out of luck. Finally, in the evenings, the river starts to smell very bad and even if you keep the windows close, the so much smell starts to come through the cracks."
