I recently stayed at the Grand Riviera Princess Hotel in Mexico and had a generally positive experience with a few notable caveats.
Firstly, the service at the hotel is excellent. The staff are attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests, which really enhanced our stay. The hotel itself is well-maintained and very clean, providing a comfortable environment for guests.
One of the standout features of the hotel is the wide range of activities available, particularly for families and kids. There are plenty of entertainment options and amenities that keep everyone engaged and happy, which is a big plus for those traveling with children.
However, the food quality, especially at the buffet, left something to be desired. Some of the food items were not as fresh as expected, which was a disappointment. The à la carte restaurants were better, but overall, the dining experience didn't meet the high standards set by other aspects of the hotel.
In summary, while the Grand Riviera Princess Hotel is a good place to stay with great service, cleanliness, and plenty of activities, the food quality at the buffet could use some improvement. It's a nice destination, but there's nothing particularly compelling to make it a must-return destination.
