"This was such a welcome stop especially after a long day at a rugby tournament in Spokane and then driving to Salmon. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable! Breakfast was top notch and had delicious options. The staff was above and beyond and kept everything stocked and fresh. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. "The hotel looks nice on the surface but the attention to details is lacking. When we got to our room the staff had left the deadbolt engaged and the door open to where anyone could have pushed on the door and entered. One of the large lamps had a burned out lightbulb. The conditioner was completely empty. The seal at the bottom of the shower was missing or not working correctly and the bathroom was covered in water after each shower. At breakfast the first morning English muffins were set out that had mold spots on them.
No matter what setting we set our heat to the room stayed at exactly 70 degrees and blew cold air. After coming back from being outside in the cold or after the pool it was frustrating to have no warm air at all.
Finally after check out I received an email asking for a review only if I had a great stay and if not to reach out directly to the managers. This behavior makes me question the overall reviews of this hotel and wonder if others had similar issues. If management had reached out after night 1 I would have been happy to talk to them directly, but after I've completely check out its too late. "

"Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. Breakfast was provided and whilst the choice of hot food was limited there was a selection of different fruit, pancakes and pastries. Plenty of hot coffee and fruit juices, all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The suites are well fitted out with a large screen tv and very comfortable bed with soft pillows and sheets."
