"Our stay at Pavillion Regent was perfect. Everyone was so helpful. The room was quiet, and the most comfortable bed with a perfect location. I enjoyed the spa. A must if you enjoy saunas, jacuzzis after a lot of walking and travelling. Fatya gave us a tour of the ice museum. Very informative and an excellent host. We were sad to leave. "

The hotel doesn’t have parking but the public car park was just across the road and was safe and secure.

"Our check in process was great. We arrived at 10am and they gladly held our luggage until check. This is very convenient to the main train station but not so close that you have the train station problems. A perfect mix"
"We stayed for 4 nights here, & quite satisfied with this hotel, we arrived early & early checkin was allowed, thanks to the reception staff!. The room size was OK, but only one bath towel & no hand towel was provided, breakfast was good with lots of choices & coffee was excellent. The location is excellent, very close to the railway station, & early access to any places of interest. Overall I enjoyed my stay here & would definitely stay again!"
