very convenient to downtown & surrounding areas. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Some areas could have been cleaner like carpets in hall and some furniture in rooms. Breakfast was good and very nice that it was free.

It was clean and room nice. The breakfast was good and staff friendly. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived around 4 and had to wait, but other than that everything was great. They did let us know as soon as the room was ready.

Everyone at the hotel was very nice and rooms were very clean. Area is questionable, a lot of people on the streets needing help. Shortened the stay from 2 to 1 night which they were very nice in accommodating us returning the 2nd night room fee.
