Lots of old-school charm in this historic home and beautiful property. Very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Anna and Richard were very welcoming, friendly and most attentive. The on-site waterfall and restaurant were an added bonus, and the food was excellent! I would definitely return again!

LOVE this place!

This darling bead and breakfast was like it was out of a movie. The staff is the delightful. The property is even more beautiful than the pictures. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back. We could not have asked for more.

Staff very accomodating. I had a bit of difficulty climbing the stairs. And would have liked a tv in my room. But breakfast was great. I basically had the place to myself!

Nice setting, friendly host, pleasant room. Host willing to accommodate my dietary preferences. Convenient to town of Brevard. Inn is a older, historic inn. Relatively new owner that is working on updating it. Some work still to be done.

Very nice old Inn met the owner and Inn keeper of whom both were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was a great. Definitely would recommend this Inn. Just a little out of town of which is nice and quiet but close to many trails.

The property was as expected; a historic building, which we loved. Enjoyable surroundings. However, we felt the lady that welcomed us was not friendly or approachable. Most communication was through text, though we were in the same house. There was a mix up related to breakfast but we blame Expedia for it not Key Falls Inn, even though, the manner in which she dealt with it could have been much friendlier and pro-customer. After we left, I received a text from the owner that reinforced the non-friendly feeling we got. It literally said "Was (my name here) upset? Or David Felty?" Again, not the customer approach we expected, specially from a bed and breakfast place. We do not plan to vist again.
