"The hotel is next to the train station which is an excellent location for visiting surrounding areas. The soundproof was not that good since one night two clients checked in at 12 am and talked very loudly next to our room, I had to phone the reception to ask them to lower their voice. In general is a good hotel to stay."

"The room is big and clean. Staffs are very helpful, which introduced everything around Pisa and help us storage our luggage with tags. From our room, there is a beautiful small garden. The only thing I have to mentioned is mosquitoes. If you are sensitive to it, please be prepared! By the way, the hotel even provided mosquito-control tools, which was very helpful."

"The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The buffet breakfast is also very good. The bar was not set up to take cash and we needed to go to the front lobby to pay. This was the first time we encountered this in Italy. I would also be nice to have tissues in the rooms and something to place our toiletries on in the bathrooms."

"We stayed in the room with a balcony overlooking the tower. Stunning! You have to decide for yourself if it’s worth the money, but we can tell you that it was better than the pictures. Overall, staff was helpful and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location and was clean."
