"Breakfast still needs upgrades. Cold eggs and potatoes. Sausages good, but just warm.There used to be yogurt. No more. Plastic cups. Service excellent as usual from front desk. Bathroom in room could use some touch ups. Rough around the edges. Good location."

"This hotel is my go to for Kamloops sporting trips, it’s very clean, lots of space in the rooms, staff are very accommodating and friendly, well priced groceries across the street, good food in the white spot in the hotel, super close to the sports fields on McArthur Island park, I can’t say enough good things about this hotel 😃😃"

"My stay at the Sundance Lodge this past weekend was great. A staff member went above and beyond for me. I lost a sentimental gold necklace and pendant, the front desk staff promptly put the lost item on a local Facebook group. I learned later that Caitlyn not only found the necklace but she physically went to the supermarket and retrieved it on my behalf and brought it back to the front desk so I could pick up upon my return to the hotel. I am extremely grateful to her and would recommend...
