Beautiful beach and spacious room, nice facility.

Great experience, spacious room, most facility are at the asagna's Phuket which you need to take a shuttle to get there, but if you are going with your extended family, the villa would be a good choice. Kids are happy with having swimming pool attached to the villa, the playroom is not a huge one but it's right next to the restaurant, if you have kids you will know how helpful that can be for you to start your day. Breakfast time = freedom time. Staffs are helpful in general. Will go again for sure.

You get what you see here. It’s really a large property to be a hotel because it’s amongst the luxury villa of Phuket residents or holiday homes for many. You have more than enough storage space as you would have in a house. Spacious living room and dining room. 8 sets of cutlery and plates so you can still use them for a day without washing and as in serviced apartment they will wash for you at the same time of Housekeeping. Private pool is of good size and clean. Property itself is not brand new. Lots of previous usage and aged furniture. However everything is clean so no problem there. Water heater is a problem though. It’s either very hot or just cold. You have to guide the system yourself. Breakfast was decent but nothing to shout about. Staffs are trained to provide quality service. If you rent a car, you can park in your own driveway. There can be mosquitoes around due to the closeness to nature. Your backyard is a serene lagoon and lots of trees and grasses.

very nice resort but very far away from the main resort. While they have a shuttle service every 30 min, it is very inconvenient to go back and forward more than once a day. The breakfast was the worst we have had, with cold ala carte food served daily. While requesting for hot food, the breakfast was simply microwaved.

TWO BED ROOM VILLA - POOL SIDE

풀사이드투베드룸 빌라에서 투숙했고, 전반적으로 만족한 여행이었습니다. 아이들이 많아서 풀빌라와 고민을 많이 했었는데, 괜찮은 결정이었다고 생각합니다. 바로 뒷 편에 풀이 있어서 나가자마자 수영을 할 수 있었고, 좀 지겨워지면, 앙사나호텔이나, 아웃리거로 가서 수영을 자주 했기 때문에 딱히 불편함은 없었습니다. 빌라가 위치가 좋지는 않습니다. 프런트에 매 번 밴을 요청하는 것이 번거롭기는 해도, 서비스 대응은 매우 좋았습니다. 밴 외에도 버스도 빌라 앞으로 자주 오기 때문에, 이동에는 큰 어려움은 없었습니다. 다만, 청결도는 떨어진다고 보여집니다. 룸 클리닝을 세밀하게 하는 것 같지는 않구요. 먹었던 꼬치 막대가 테이블에 그대로 올려져 있기도 하고, 다 먹은 물병을 안 치워 놓기도 했습니다. 시설 자체가 노후해서 바퀴벌레가 몇 번 나와서, 와이프가 좀 놀래기도 했습니다. 중간에 와이프가 많이 아파서 병원을 급하게 찾았는데, 프런트에서 잘 대응해줘서 커널 빌리지에 있는 클리닉에서 주사도 맞고 약 처방도 받고 금방 나았습니다. 숙소에 돌아와보니 회복을 기원한다고, FRUITS GIFT를 보내 놨더라구요. 본인들 일 처럼 걱정을 해 주는 것이, 나름 세심한 배려가 있었습니다.

Totally recommended. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. It was fantastic. All the comforts of home. Modern and up to date. Fabulous swimming pool. Buffet breakfast was a great way to start the day. Plenty of food. Eggs your way. Salads. Pancakes. Waffles. Asian delicacies. The list goes on. The staff were all fabulous. Very friendly and helpful. Resort very clean and tidy. 24 hour security. Free shuttle buses to beach area. Quiet. A must stay.

This property is more appropriate for long stay. There is a pool but no beach front access. Check if your booking is in a villa or a hotel room in the main building. Location is isolated, which some may like, but you will need to take a car or the hotel shuttle to the beach to Angsana Hotel. The rooms are nice, but it is a 10-15 minute car ride to Laguna Phuket beach area/Villa Market/Boat Village shopping. Staff was really helpful and accommodating.

The correct villa to enjoy your holiday

This is the second times I have been there, the staff are helpful and nice. The only one disappointed is the interval between 3 room villa and four room villa, 3 room is much much better than 4 room villa, 3 room villa have the indenpendant bath room, and 4 room villa need to share, only master room has a indenpendant bath room.

Not as nice as in the pictures!

We stayed in the 1bdrm suite, which is located in a standard 5-story tower overlooking the pool. It was NOTHING like the pictures (which are presumably of the villas). The room was spacious and comfortable, but felt dated. Location is not ideal—it’s in the middle of a very nice residential compound, but not near any shops/restaurants and far away from the beach (you have to take a shuttle everywhere). Overall, the hotel was OK—nothing bad, but definitely NOT the “luxury” resort from the pictures and description.
